Perfect spot for a short family trip. Great hostess!

This is a great spot to settle in with your family and explore the surrounding area. Kate was an excellent host. Quick and clear communication. The home is beautifully decorated. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked better than most with all the pots, pans, baking pans and basic spices plus extra. The hot tub was so great after a long day of hiking, and the BBQ was a great bonus! It was really nice to have a garage door opener for easy access into the unit. The thoughtful details of Kate’s place made our vacation a very memorable one. We would definitely book from Kate again.

This place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could want away from home. The backyard was perfect for a cute little fire and a soak in the hot tub on a chilly night. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans, and there were toys and games for the kids. The house was close enough to the downtown/NAU area, with plenty of food and entertainment options close by, while still feeling like you are in the woods.

Spring break trip to snow bowl

This was a gorgeous home. The host was prompt and courteous. You only need to bring your clothes and food almost everything you could think of Is provided. We felt safe, My family had a blast. Hopefully next year we can stay on this property for your our annual family vacation.

Came to Flag to visit our son for family weekend at NAU. Place was great for our group and dog. Loved the kitchen and living room area as well as the outdoor space. Plenty of room for all of us to have our own spaces. Cooked meals in the very well equipped kitchen, which was great. Highly recommend and look forward to staying again!

This is our second time renting - We love this property! It’s in the best neighborhood/location and my kids love the hot tub and the neighborhood trails we can easily access. The hosts are so easy to work with and helpful with anything we need. I also love that the coffee is provided, which is a small thing but makes a difference :) we will be back I’m sure!

This is a lovely, spacious home. It was very clean, nicely decorated and well supplied. The host was very communicative. We appreciate the quick response. My family and I enjoyed this home. The location was also perfect and close to my daughter's dorm. We highly recommend this rental and will definitely stay here again.
