Newly remodeled feel to this exceptionally well managed home with all the furnishings and accessories to provide a very comfortable stay.

Beautiful house and prime location. We needed a single floor rental due to mobility issues in our family. There was plenty of space to use a walker and that was much appreciated. My only complaint was that the highway noise was loud at night but I would still stay here again despite that.

Great place to stay over Christmas, updated and clean, nice quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and check out. My only feedback is small, it was very cold when we were in town and none of the bedrooms had rugs… so the house felt very cold and sterile. Otherwise, the house worked well for us. Thanks!

The house is exactly as pictured. Very clean and comfortable. The beds were cozy with lighter and heavier blankets. The internet worked great for our needs. In order to stream on the TV, you will need to use your own services. The only detraction was the traffic noise from the interstate. James was easy to contact and very responsive.

Our host responded quickly to our various needs.

House was clean, plenty of parking, timely responses from Host, very convenient to restaurants, shops entertainment. Living and dining areas were roomy and comfortable. Checking in and out was efficient and simple.

Guys golf trip into the area. House was perfect. EV charger reached my truck that wouldn’t fit in the garage. Plenty of towels. Comfortable beds. In the middle of everything.

Our stay in this house was great! We will definitely stay here again. Easy check in and out process and owner communicates quickly with any questions we had. It had everything we needed. The online pics are spot on. The house is roomy and comfortable. Great location and within a 15-minute drive of places we needed to be. Safe neighborhood and ability to park in garage is a plus.

Located in a cute neighborhood that felt safe. I would recommend for a family of 4 as theres only 3 beds. Everything in the home is updated. It felt clean while we were there. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, even coming and shoveling the drive way for us so we didnt miss our flight home. They were also very easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner.

My elderly mother, my husband, and my two children (22 and 17) stayed here while in town for my niece's wedding. The house was clean, comfortable, and close to the wedding venue in Noblesville — perfect for us.

We had a wonderful time for two nights in this cute house! It was sparkling clean with a well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels were left in the bathrooms and the beds were very comfortable with nice bed linens. Only one suggestion. The smallest bedroom needs two lamps rather than just one and a mirror needs to be added on the wall in-between the closet and door (there is a convenient electrical plug right there!). We hope to come back next year!

In town for wedding. Property close to all our venues. Made our 3 night stay more relaxing and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place, with all the comforts, it has a charming forest, we were happy to have stayed at James' house and I hope we can return in the near future

The house was beautiful it just need more than 1 tv in the house and 2 of the bedrooms needs light fixtures in the ceiling
