Sweeping Water Views- Walk to Town- Heated Pool FAMILIES ONLY

Property manager was very responsive. The upper level is well maintained and a great space for the family. The lower level is also a good functional space but needs some TLC.

Great house for two families - love the location, the condition of everything, the open concept, the pool, everything.

Overall I was very disappointed in this property . Needs a lot of tender loving care. A lot of dirt and mold on deck. House was musty especially down in the basement. Dustbuster had no charger, “ one” hanger per bedroom .. which is ridiculous! Asked to half an extra half hour to get out this morning and owner said no. Overall very disappointed. O would not book again.

I usually don’t do reviews good or bad. Though I’m making an exception. This house was perfect. Pool still open. It was very warm weather for beginning of October. The walk to beach is easily doable. You can walk to town also. If anyone golfs my husband raved about montauk downs. Very inexpensive. The lower level is perfect for guests. Fit my son and family. Def coming back again

We stayed here while in Montauk for a wedding. It was perfect for my family (1 toddler and 1 infant) my parents and cousin. The house was very clean and the layout was perfect. Short walk to town and short drive to restaurants!

Peaceful and great location.

The outside property is as pretty as the inside. We had 8 adults and 4 children and the children had as good of a time as the adults had. The pool was a great asset as well as the view from the outside deck. Would definitely recommend.

Tabitha was very kind during our entire stay and graciously let us check out 6 hours later than normal which was really above and beyond. My family of 7 (adults) and I rented this house for a wedding (2 nights) and really loved the pool, kitchen, view, close location to town and square footage but for the price per night we were a little disappointed in the cleanliness, lack of living room furniture and various dents/holes/ scuffs in the walls. The spiders, crickets, spiderwebs and other bugs present in the downstairs bedroom were also less than appealing. They’re obviously going for the grungy beach house vibe but a few upgrades to the furniture and just some light upkeep would really make the place shine - especially if you’re going to charge so much. The other option would have been to pay the same amount for 3 small hotel rooms so despite some imperfections my family and I were still happy with our choice! I would recommend you stay here but just be aware that it’s not perfect like some of the other reviews claim.

Well appointed and good location for walking to town. Very large deck with water views. Overall, just a nice, comfortable home.

The stay was great. We loved the house and it was very comfortable. The pool was clean and fun. The deck had amazing views and was perfect location to relax and hang out. We did have issues with HVAC but property manager was very accommodating and we didn’t even need it bc the weather was perfect
