Tetonia, Idaho
Welcome to Restoration Ranch in beautiful Tetonia, Idaho! It is the perfect place to rest and restore while adventuring here in Teton Valley.
We are located 15 minutes from downtown Driggs and only 30 minutes from Grand Targhee Ski Resort. Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton National Park, and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort are just a short drive away, as well as many other adventures of your choosing. Mountain biking, hiking, paddle boarding, fishing, ATV trails, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, sledding, snowshoeing.....Teton Valley has it all!
Our barn apartment is one-of-a-kind. Built in 2022 and stocked with comfortable new beds and all new towels and linens, this place exudes a true retreat experience! The apartment is split between the ground level and second floor of the barn with private access from ground level door. A wood burning fireplace makes the living space cozy and quaint. A full kitchen is at your disposal for meals before and after adventures. Views from every window give you the full Teton range experience.
The barn sits on 18 privately owned acres and is adjacent to our personal home. Breathtaking sunsets and sunrises can be enjoyed from the barn with views out every window. Opportunities are endless for summer walks or winter snowshoe/cross country ski afternoons.
Your privacy is important to us. The barn and our personal home share a driveway, but interaction will be limited to your preference.
If you'd prefer no-contact check in, no problem. If you'd like a personal welcome, we're available for that too. The only interruptions you may experience could be from elk grazing their way through the property, sandhill cranes whooping, and occasional coyotes howling at the moon. We've designed the barn apartment to be a private retreat and a place to take in the beauty of the Tetons, as well as the Big Hole mountain range to the West.
***If you are looking for more rooms to accommodate a larger group, please see our listing for the same property with 3 bedroom availability.

A few important details -
1 -This is an upper level apartment. You will enter on the ground level and use an interior staircase to reach the upper level. This is a normal staircase with handrail, but if climbing stairs is a concern, this might not be the best fit for you.
2 - 4 wheel drive is highly recommended in winter months. Teton Valley is the lucky recipient of a lot of snow and it can sometimes come down quickly. The county road, our neighborhood road and our driveway are plowed regularly, but 4 wheel drive is sometimes necessary and will always make the drive more comfortable and smooth.
We absolutely loved this property! It felt just like home and everything was so clean. The heated floors in the bathroom was AMAZING in the mornings!
Restoration Ranch is the perfect getaway! The location is far enough away from the chaos of the Jackson area, but close enough to enjoy all of the sites. The barn was warm & cozy on the cold rainy day, with comfy soft robes and a fireplace. We enjoyed to view, the quiet and seclusion. The barn apartment is just as beautiful and clean as the photos portray. It feels like a luxury hotel with all of the comforts of home. Thank you for offering this beautiful location.
My wife and I are stayed here on our baby moon while we were visiting Grand Teton National Park. Our stay was perfect. Clean, safe, beautiful property with comfy beds and great views of the mountains. Alicia was the most thoughtful, gracious host! She went above and beyond for us! Couldn’t recommend a better place to stay.
We had an amazing time staying at the barn! It was beautiful, clean, well stocked and comfortable. The host was amazing about communication! Beautiful location, the sunrise over the Tetons and the gorgeous sunsets were breathtaking. We enjoyed Jackson and Teton National Park while we were visiting. The Whitewater rafting was great too, and a reasonable drive from the barn. Close to the grocery store for necessities. If we ever have the opportunity to come to Teton Valley again, we would stay at the barn for sure!
Beautiful property with everything you need. It has amazing veiws nestled on the quiet side of the Grand Tetons. Location is perfect. We were able to visit Mesa Falls and busy Jacksonhole then return for a quiet evening.
Restoration Ranch is a one-of-a-kind location! Check-in was contactless and convenient, and Alecia was quickly responsive and helpful with our questions. Every detail was perfected to make us feel welcome and our stay enjoyable. Alecia thoughtfully left the lights on for our late arrival, and we were greeted by the scent of a wax melt and fresh flowers on the table. Alecia and Levi even left a personal card welcoming us to the Teton Valley. The space was immaculately clean with thought given to every convenience we could possibly need to make us comfortable. It felt just like coming home. The expansive views were more incredible than we imagined from the photos. We enjoyed magnificent sunrises over the Tetons each morning and sunsets over the Big Hole Mountains each evening. The surroundings were peaceful and quiet with only the sounds of songbirds, and we were refreshed each night by the cool mountain air. We visited GTNP during our stay and we looked forward each evening to returning to the serenity away from the hustle and bustle of the Jackson area. Restoration Ranch is a hidden gem for taking in the beauty and solitude of the Teton Valley while being conveniently located close to quaint, small, Idaho towns with pleasing amenities. Alecia and Levi are excellent and accommodating hosts who truly have thought of everything to make this a unique and standout stay. We adored every moment of our time at Restoration Ranch and can't say enough to recommend it! We plan to return!
My family of 5 very much enjoyed our stay at this spotless and comfortable home. This is not a rustic “barn” but a comfortable and spacious newer construction barn overlooking the Teton mountains. The home was stocked with everything needed and more. The location allows for peace and quiet without being too far from restaurants and stores in Driggs. It’s also not far from the West Entrance of Yellowstone, Grand Teton NP, and Grand Targhee Resort. The owner was very responsive and even dropped off some board games for us to play on a rainy day. If we are lucky enough to vacation in this area again, we will make a point to return here.
