fabulous home, great amenities...looking forward to another stay!

Beautiful condo - can’t be beat! All the amenities and host was always helpful and quick to respond.

The property at Monterey Country Club is in a good location. Close to shopping and restaurants. Golf course looked great, but we don't play. We do swim and enjoyed the pool.

Beautiful property with very nice and spacious accommodations. The home was well furnished and very comfortable. The patio is quite lovely overlooking one of the holes, very peaceful and relaxing. There are two pools that are just down the street, and the property has 30 or so pools for your use. Monterey Country Club is conveniently located and very close to the shops at El Paseo, the River, McCallum theater, Whole Foods and Trader Joes. If you want to play golf, tennis, bocce ball, or pickleball, you will need to complete an application for a tenant pass a few days before your arrival to allow time for processing. There is a 25 fee for the pass plus all the other applicable fees. If you do not pick up the pass, you will not be charged the 25 fee, but completing the application gives you the option to use the facilities. Lastly, the owner was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at the property with my adult sisters and parents. Property was conveniently located and provided a beautiful outdoor space to enjoy morning coffee and conversation. 3rd bedroom has ample options for kids, but probably a bit too cozy for multiple adults.

Solid place - clean and as advertised. Really nice golf course views from the back patio. Enjoyed the athletic center but watch for summer hours if there in May 1 onward. Bobby super to work with -- responsive and reasonable at every turn. Proceed with confidence.

Perfect set up with bunkbeds

Location was perfect- home is beautiful and comfortable. Outdoor space is great with gorgeous views. Host was kind and responsive. Thank you for a great vacation!

The condo was perfect but I want to mention the quality of the sheets which were very worn and would have expected better. Also, the fireplace was exposed and didn’t seem usable and dangerous for children.

This is a wonderful place to stay with a peaceful view. There was plenty of room to unwind. The bunkbed was a hit with the kids and the patio was great. It was far enough from the fairway and golfers where you weren’t going to get hit by a ball or feel like your disrupting them! We will be back!

Super quiet location at the end of a cul de sac. Has a gorgeous view of the golf course with the mountains in the background. We will be back.

We totally enjoyed our family stay in your lovely home. It was spacious, clean, well appointed with extra bedding and updated kitchen with all the pots and pans, serving dishes and utensils we needed to prepare our Christmas feast. Thank you!

We stayed 3 nights and were really happy with the cleanliness upon arrival. Bathrooms were updated and kitchen was well stocked for 3 night stay. Great location on the golf course and pretty view with BBQ and fire pit. The location is ideal for Palm Desert - close to El Paseo shops and grocery stores. Gated community with country club access. We would like to rent again in the future.

The owner was extremely accommodating. The unit is spacious with very comfortable beds. The views were breathtaking. Very nice, high end remodel.
