Swan River Lodge Home: Spacious, Hot Tub

This home was incredible! There was space for our entire group to spread out. The amenities were spectacular. It was a fantastic stay.

Rental home was quite comfortable for our extended family ski trip. This is an older home with a rustic feel but some minor maintenance issues related to the property manager. We appreciated the large open floor plan on both the main level and lower level. The hot tub was a hit!

We had a great time, beautiful home! Would tell anyone looking at Breckenridge, this home is A!!!

Surrounded by Mountains and trees - the cabin is beautiful inside and outside. It was cleaned well before we arrived. Has many spots to sit and relax!

The house was perfect for our trip. The location made it easy to get to the mountain, restaurants, and stores. The bathrooms were well stocked and everything was tidy when we arrived.

This place is huge with many large living spaces. Easy check-in/out. We appreciated the cleanliness and the central location near Breckenridge, Keystone and Copper. One improvement we would suggest is to replace the dim lighting in the kitchen and dining room.

Great house with plenty of room for friends and family.- Kitchen well supplied with cooking.- Hot tub, always great after a day of skiing- Pool table was fun, even if the base was a bit cracked and sloped.- Lots of beds, some mattresses could be updated.- Piano was fun, but a bit out of tune- Washer and dryer were very helpful- 10-15 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge, Frisco and Dillon. - Plenty of food, grocery and equipment rental options.- Rental property was plowed in a timely manner after snow fall- Rental team responded quickly to questions

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came for the seasonal change and wanted a quiet spacious respit to enjoy the time. Swan River Lodge was great. There were only 2 issues with the space, the dishwasher would only steam dishes without alot of fanagling of buttons. Second was the entry level master bedroom bathroom smelled of mildew. Otherwise the stay, the space, the ambiance was absolutely great. We worked through the issues without grief or stress as the were minimal to the overall experience.

We are so grateful to have stayed in your lovely mountain home! It is so spacous, and we had plenty of room for our children, their spouses, and our grandchildren. It is also the absolute perfect location -- we had privacy in the gorgeous mountains and yet were just a few minutes from downtown Breckenridge and numerous hiking trails. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, flatware, pots and pans, and even basic seasonings. We enjoyed the views from the multiple balconies as well as the hot tub! The lowest floor was amazing with multiple bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), 3 sitting areas, fireplace, piano, pool table, and a section with a large screen TV. Thank you again for a perfect week!

This place was nice but I would only consider for larger groups.

Our party of 12 loved our stay at the Swan River Lodge. The property was spacious and well-stocked for the essentials. We loved the views, hot tub, and even enjoyed a couple of wildlife sightings from the main room!
