Stayed Aug 3, 2025Loved this house for our family. We had 5 adults ad three kids under 5. The extra refrigerator in the garage was an appreciated surprise for drinks! We also loved the wagon that fit two toddlers for heading to the beach an easy block away. We loved hanging out on the new front porch and deck. We also liked the new flooring- fresh carpet that cleans easily and vinyl wood-like flooring in bedrooms. Make sure to bring beach towels, but that isn’t a big deal. I truly hope the house is available next year.

The new upgrades to the decking and the house are impressive! The host is so generous and helpful, as well. We can’t wait for our next visit!

Stayed Aug 13, 2023Very nice home. Really clean and great location. Beach was a block away and had so much to do. Downtown was easy to walk to and had a lot of cool shops. The property manager was very responsive. The only thing we didn’t like was the late check-in. By the time you check in at 6 p.m. and unpack it is too late to do much.

Stayed Aug 6, 2023Terrific location for a stay in Elk Rapids! Downtown Elk Rapids is just a few blocks away; the beach and the play area even closer. Just walk to everything! Lots of room in this home for a large family group.
