This is a Fantastic 4 bedroom 2 bath home and is the second house from the beach. We have a great open-plan living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The dining room table seats 10 and the kitchen has all dishware, pots, pans, utensils, and glasses you will need to create a spectacular meal or just Taco Tuesday. There is a screened-in porch with seating to take advantage of the Atlantic breeze or listen to the waves. One bedroom has a king-size bed with a TV and a Jack-N-Jill bath

Stayed Jul 21, 2024Beautiful neighborhood but go inside and you will find dead and live roaches. Look up at the ceiling and theres black mold. Our first night was ruined. We went straight to house to check in and upon check-in we discovered the house was dirty and smelly. Looking around we found roaches and black mold on ceiling. The bathroom showers were dirty and the shower liner had red mold on it. The tub draines were half installed and a hazard. Beds had dead little baby roaches in them plus a side of hair. We had to argue this with the realty company. After several hours we were finally put in another house. It took till 11:30 that night to get in the house and have beds and linens delivered. This wasted our first day and half the next day because we scrambled to get everything prepared for week. Realty company was rude and said we turned down housekeeping. From where I come from housekeeping can't get rid of roaches or black mold. Renter beware!

Stayed Apr 26, 2023Location was great for our golf trip. We needed to check in early and they made it happen. Place was ready to go and keys on the table. Nice place and great experience. Will rent here again
