Incredible location and very comfortable spacious home. We enjoyed the hot tub and exploring the Old Mill district.

Warm welcoming home with ample space for our group. Location was great for shopping in old mill district and skiing Mt Bachelor.

Everything was terrific! Great and convenient neighborhood, easy into house, comfie well stocked home. There wasn't a code for the garage and we weren't quite sure where to park at first but a quickly answered phone call solved that small issue and we had a great stay! We would stay there again for sure!

Perfectly located above the Old Mill, Serenity on the Bluffs offered our Family a great place to enjoy the Christmas season in comfort. Even our dogs had a great time! Can’t wait to return in the summer for a concert, hike and to float the Deschutes.

The host was very responsive with good communication. Great location close to the Old Mill District. Very clean and we enjoyed the well stocked kitchen for eating in.

The location was amazing. Easy walking distance to the river, Old Mill District and the concert venue. The house had pretty much everything we needed but was odd and needed some updating. One bedroom downstairs had no privacy as the door was right off the living space and you couldn’t close the door fully. There were items in need of repair like a ceiling leak in the master bedroom, broken items in the kitchen, and the hot tub looked way too scary to actually use. Although the location was amazing I didn’t feel like we got nearly the value we should have for such an expensive and quirky space.

Perfect location - walkable to so many places. Great space, comfy beds, living and dining room seating easily accommodated our group of 5. Great living room setup and a two car garage. Super clean and well stocked. We had a great time. I highly recommend this place!!!

We loved being close to Old Mill and the river, and not too far from downtown. The place was perfectly clean and equipped with everything we needed, and then some. For the couple of questions we had the host was prompt and professional. We’ll be back!

We rented this Airbnb hoping to hear the music from the amphitheater from the hot tub. . . Which we could! The location is amazing. Easy walk to Old Mill and easy bike ride to Sparrow Bakery. We’ll be back!

We do a ladies trip every year. Bend was amazing. The location of the home was perfect. It was close to downtown and it was a short drive to a hike to the falls. The hot tub was a plus!

Nice location. Clean and good number of bathrooms for a family. A little tricky to find but property manager was responsive and got us there!

We had a great stay at the SW Chamberlain home. It was conveniently located and well-stocked. Would recommend.

This home worked out great for our group of five adults and an infant. The house was cozy, had everything we needed, and was an awesome location where we could walk to the Old Mill District. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was great for our family get together. They had everything we needed and had some dog provisions too! It was a little puzzling to find because Google maps takes you to the garage.

House was nice. We had some “visitors”. The management handled it the best they could. Nice to have a garage to pull into.

The location, the amenities, the beds! Just fabulous

This is a very nice place to stay. Everything you need is provided. Has a gas fire place, (glass needs either replacing or cleaning). Quiet neighborhood close to everything. In fact you can walk to the old mill district. The jacuzzi is old and and does not seem to work properly. The letters on the control are rubbed off from use and old age. All but one jet put out much pressure.Outside of that love this place and would come back.

Cute townhouse in a good location. It was our first visit to Bend. Only complaints were that 1– the downstairs bedroom near the bathroom didn’t have an hvac vent that we could find and so the room was very hot. 2–the den “bedroom” had a door that didn’t afford much privacy as it was a hanging sliding door that was a smidge too small for the opening. 3–would like some more fans for bedrooms because the hvac was struggling to keep up with the 100 degree heat. Backyard was cute—would have used the hot tub but it was a heat wave while we were there. I am pretty sure this place is owned by a teacher. The hundreds of books tipped me off! (Takes one to know one, lol!)

Very nice, clean property that is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and a river walk. Also includes a 2car garage. Included everything we needed. Perfect for our trip.
