Stayed Nov 2, 2024Very nice house, worked good for 6 of us to have our own rooms and place. Great room is big enough for everyone to watch movies. One note: super sensitive noise sensor in house. When group laughing at a move sets off warnings, we put pillow over to soften echo. Otherwise nice place

Stayed Oct 9, 2024Overall I give this place a 2 star. Main reason the listing says new pool & jacuzzi. After getting there the heater was not working & jets for jacuzzi was not working. Listing says brand new pool for your enjoyment. We got ZERO pool time :( I asked after being there for less than 24hr if I could refund my trip & book a different home. As the pool/jacuzzi was the main reason I book this home. They offered zero help or credit. Than told me the listing said pool heater was not work. I looked at the listing, it did say that next to amenities but under description of the house it said BRAND NEW POOL! Very miss leading. I also noticed many things that where not in working order, like the back sliding door was very worn & worked poorly. There is no A/C in any of the rooms (NOT GOOD IN VEGAS) I had to leave my door open in order to make it cooler in the room. I have all picture & I will be seeking a refund from VRBO. quick note all fire evacuation maps are wrong in the home too (fire code problem I'm sure) Thanks, JerryB

Stayed Oct 3, 2024The house was very nice and all the rooms were comfortable. Plenty of linens on site. The kitchen lacked enough dishes and cookware for a full house of people. The initial door code given was incorrect but that was quickly corrected.

Stayed Mar 21, 2024Beautiful house and neighborhood. We had a group of ten adults, 4 couples, two individuals… and we had plenty of space for everyone. The backyard is great, but the pool is a lot smaller than the photos make it look. The instructions that were left in the house were different than the ones emailed to us… for example the fact that there’s an additional fee to heat the pool, the fee was different depending on where you looked. I know 4pm is a really popular check in time with hotels now, but it’s a little ridiculous with a house… they should be more lenient with early check in. It was an extra $150 fee when I asked. The floor was really dirty, my feet turned black almost instantly. Also, I wish there were some more cooking tools in the kitchen… there was only one tiny baking sheet for the oven. The trash bags we were given were too small for the kitchen trash can and there weren’t enough. My biggest complaint is that the hot tub was cold, the pool was unheated, and when we asked to heat them we were told it was unavailable. This listing was advertised with a pool, we should be able to use it. I’m really unhappy with the fact that we couldn’t use the pool because it was too cold. That’s the whole reason we booked this house in the first place. Overall though it was a nice house and I would stay here again.

Stayed Jul 28, 2021Overall, we were very disappointed with the management company. This was the dirtiest rental any of us had ever stayed in. Our issues: -The floors were extremely dirty. We took pictures of how filthy our feet & socks were after only walking inside but I'm not able to attach photos. Clearly not good Covid cleaning standards -Flat pillows & hard mattresses & 2 pillow cases in separate rooms were clearly not washed, they had drool stains on them. Also a dirty towel -Algae on the pool tiles -VERY slippery concrete around the pool -Overall low quality - one of the back slider doors was really hard to open and close. Faulty dishwasher -Not enough glasses -Tiny coffee pot, only brewed about 2 mugs at a time -Ridiculous pool hours not disclosed in the description. Not allowed in before10am -Bag of old rotten fruit in garage I booked thru VRBO & received my confirmation w/ a 3:00pm check-in time (the listing on VRBO still shows 3:00 check-in.) After a long drive we arrived at 3:22, needing to get my infant daughter down for her nap, which we planned on getting there in time for. When we got there the cleaners were still there & said that check-in time was really 4:00. I sent a message to the host about it & didn't hear back from them until after 4:00. The host's reply simply said Our check in time is actually 4 PM. The cleaners were correct. Needless to say, this was an irritating reply after having had email confirmation saying 3:00 & having to wait in the driveway with 2 little kids for 40 minutes until the cleaners left a few minutes after 4:00. Luckily the cleaners gave me the code to get in because even after a couple of requests, the host never sent me entry instructions. Ended up calling the management company, the woman who answered was snippy from the get go. I was being polite & calm & explained what happened & she said that a 3rd party is the one who sends the confirmation emails & that they already notified them of the error. I said that's fine but that doesn't help us today. She said I don't know what you want me to say, I already told you we notified them. I said an apology would be nice, or some sort of discount. As soon as I said that, she said I don't like the tone of this conversation & I said why, because I'm asking for some sort of compensation? She got all flustered & said I'm hanging up! And she did. The lack of customer service & filthy house really put a damper on our happy trip to celebrate my husband's new business in Vegas.
