The home features a sunny front deck that serves as a natural windbreak—an ideal spot to sipyour morning coffee, read a book, or soak up the warmth of the afternoon sun after a day at the beach. Inside, the welcoming living space is designed for easy gatherings and laid-back evenings, with comfortable seating and room for everyone to relax.

For a little friendly competition, the home includes a pool table, making it a fun hangout spot for both kids and adults. The kitchen offers a convenient eating bar, perfect for casual meals, snacks between beach adventures, or chatting with the cook while dinner comes together.

Madrona Dr. is located in the Cape Kiwanda are of Pacific City. Newer and older homes alike front the low bank sandy beach. This home is bordered to the North by the paved walking paths of Shorepine Village, and is just a short walk to Cape Kiwanda, the Pelican Pub, and the rest of the dining and shopping opportunities at Cape Kiwanda.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
