Surf Shack on the Caddo: Sleeps 16 + Insta-Worthy!

We had a great time. The property was beautiful. We are a group of pickleball friends so of course we would have loved to have a pickleball court in the front of the property but we had a great time.

We have a large family and our extended family hosted a reunion in Glenwood. Our family of 12 stayed quite comfortably at the Surf Shack on the Caddo River. Beautiful home, beautiful scenery, accommodating, and welcoming. We had a great stay. Thank you.

Our stay at the Surf Shack exceeded all of our expectations. The house beautifully decorated, clean, more than roomy enough for our 4-family large group and the river front location was perfect! We look forward to coming back to stay again.

This place was perfect for our large family get together. The two living areas allow a getaway when needed. There were two masters with their own private bathrooms and the two additional bathrooms provided ample facilities. The main area of the cabin has enough room for everyone to come together for meals and family games. The location on the river allows for a perfect float down to the take out at the park in Glenwood. There were plenty of cooking utensils and pans. The stay was amazing.

The place was beautiful!!!!! Really enjoyed the outside porch areas facing the river. Im rating it a 4 because there was no kayak or canoe there like it says on the listing.

We loved our stay at the Surf Shack! Great space inside and out. Cabin had lots of extras and everything we needed. I like to try different cabins but this one will be hard to beat. Highly recommend for a large group!

We absolutely loved this cabin! It was huge and spacious! The listing does say 6 twin beds in the last bedroom but there were only 3 twin beds when we showed up. So it’s a good thing some of our guest couldn’t attend otherwise we wouldn’t have had enough room for all of them to sleep. Besides that it was stunning and we enjoyed our stay and it ended up being perfect for the amount of people we had.

Every year we try a different cabin in this area to find one that works perfect for our group of 10. We will, without doubt, choose this cabin again. There was more than enough elbow room for our stay -- special mention to the kitchen and dining space. This has been our battle in all the other cabins. We loved the extra pantry space, access to towels and extra sheets, and the double laundry meant we all went home with clean clothes. Overall it was a clean and lovely stay.
