This wonderful property is perched half way up the hill from town, only 100m from Main Beach. The property has a fabulous balcony for and the property offers elevated views of the Yamba Marina and town.

The Space:
The property has three bedrooms a large living, dining and kitchen area and a huge deck with BBQ and servery from the kitchen which overlooks the expansive views from the front and side of the home.
With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, you can relax and feel completely at home.
Air conditioning in the living room and the master bedroom, bed and bathroom linen, fast and unlimited Wi-Fi and Netflix are all included.

Guest Access:
You may access the property at any time with keys located in a lock box on the premises.

The Neighborhood:
This awesome location presides on Yamba's sought after hill location, where everything you need for the perfect Yamba beach holiday is on your doorstep. Walk to cafes, restaurants, shops, cinema and stroll across the road to Yamba's Main Beach or Lighthouse. Simply the best location in town.

With mild Winters and long, temperate Summers, Yamba is a perfect escape all year round. Surf uncrowded beaches that suit all conditions, take a kayaking tour and get eye-to-eye with wild dolphins in the estuary, swim in the natural springs of Angourie’s blue and green pools or take a Clarence River Ferry for scenic cruises or a passenger service to Iluka, on the northern side.

Getting Around:
There is space for two vehicles on the driveway. Town and all of Yamba's five beaches are walking distance from Surf & Sand.

Other Things to Note:
We do have a a granny flat under the main residence. Be assured that this will not impact your stay. It is used very rarely by the owner. The entrance to the granny flat is at the rear of the property and your paths won't cross. We do ask however that you park your cars on the top driveway under the front verandah and leave the bottom driveway for the granny flat guests.

    With a power outage the hot water never seemed to be hot. Maybe a guide or instructions on how to set the hot water properly would help as following on and off of the power we had many cold showers.

    Everything that you needed was there. We were welcomed with a bottle of champagne, a gift and simple instructions that we could easy follow. Had not stayed in the area for 50 years but the delightful village atmosphere still remained -well done Yamba. Three nights is not enough. Hope to get back next year to make it four, but as in our eighties cannot dare to plan that far ahead. We think that the hot water system was not working well in that it was reading 50degrees - a bit chilly. Great place well apppointed - position excellent. Well cared for (we have had both permanent and holiday rentals and it is not easy). well done. John Judy and Mark.

    The house exceeded our expectations, close to the shops and the beach. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you needed. The clip board with the WiFi details was incorrect and I left a note to advise future guests of the minor change. I also found a cracked wine glass in the cupboard which I disposed of in the appropriate bin. Everything else was just great ?

    We had a great break, enjoying all that Yamba and surrounds has to offer. The accommodation was clean, central and accommodated our family our family of 5 easily.
