Surf House Cocoa Beach...Family-Friendly, Walk to Beach!

Cocoa Beach is such a cool little town with so much to do from shopping, to eating, to outdoor excursions. The town just beckons you to slow down & relax. This property was the perfect landing spot for that! The shaded hammock outside was the perfect spot for after beach naps & our family enjoyed the shuffle board in the living room. The garage is FULL of everything you could possibly need for the beach plus games to play. While most days we drove about a mile into town for the beach we also very easily walked 1/2 block and across the street to the beach as well. Check out the Surf School for surf lessons & don’t miss the mangrove kayaking tour- both added so much to our trip! The 2 nature preserve areas near the house were neat little experiences as well. Kate is an excellent host & quick to respond. We will definitely be staying with her again when we come back this way.

Property was clean and well equipped. Enclosed back yard was great for pets. Great location. Beautiful window wall but it gets quite hot during the day. Consider some window covering for heat. Overall wonderful day!

Great little property just steps away from Cocoa Beach. Had everything we needed for a quick visit to the beach. Well equipped with everything you need like chairs, games, etc too.

The house was just as pictured! They even had beach chairs and boogie boards available for use which was so nice as it was a quick walk to the beach. The host responded very quickly to any questions and made the whole rental process a breeze!

The house is exactly as described and pictured. It was very clean and we felt very comfortable for the week we stayed. A short walk to the beach. All your needs covered - sheets, towels, beach gear, kitchen appliances, games, etc. Our two dogs loved walking the neighborhood and the large fenced in yard. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay here. Location was great. Convenient to everywhere we wanted to go.

It was a very nice home situated very close to the beach. We would definitely rent again. Our only concern are how high the fees are getting through VRBO, which might lead us to seek a hotel in the future.

This was an absolutely beautiful home. Lots of space. It was clean and in a great location. Kids played ping pong and bags that were provided in garage. Just a short walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again if I return to the area.

This property is fantastic. Clean, cute, and well-stocked. They even had beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc for us to use. It's less than a 10 minute walk from door to the actual water. It was so easy. Great location, great property.

WOW!!!! We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation rental! The home was BETTER than the photos, absolutely beautiful! The kids LOVED their rooms, the shuffleboard game and all the beach toys! The home is super cozy and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay! As the listing states, “LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION” it truly was located in a great spot! Beach was an easy walk across the street, both of our kids had no issues walking it! Kate was super easy to work with and very accessible if I needed something!
