Stayed Dec 15, 2025The host, Ryan, is very welcoming, accommodating, and an awesome host. He went to great lengths to make sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The property is beautiful, private, with lots of seating areas, and just a block from the beach and less than a 10-minute walk to downtown Huntington Beach. Great neighborhood too with a good coffee shop and taco shop to walk to within about 3 blocks. Great restaurants everywhere!

Stayed Oct 25, 2024Ryan was a great host and very responsive. He went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. There are dogs on the adjacent property but they are very sweet and well behaved. They are champion surfing dogs! I would highly recommend. The location is great one block from the beach and walking distance to the pier and Main Street HB shops and restaurants. The hot tub is a big plus!

Stayed Feb 22, 2023From the time I booked this property, checked in and through my entire stay, Ryan was the perfect host. He checked in on me each week, offered suggestions of places to visit and even offered some surf sessions! He was always available to answer any questions I may have had. The property itself is the perfect beach cottage. The space is so comfortable and casual. It felt immediately like home. The beds were fantastic and there were plenty of amenities. Each room had large TVs in each and the option to do laundry in the garage was available. This property is in a fantastic neighborhood and everything in downtown HB is easily walkable as well as extremely safe. It sits in a great location that isn't busy but close to everything. I would absolutely recommend Ryan's place and am already looking at dates to come back!

Stayed Dec 18, 2022Excellent cottage a block and half from the beach. Huntington Beach a great area with many Beach and non-beach actives. The cottage is a great place and Ryan the owner lives in the back unit and is always available and very attentive. Parking alway available. Short walk to coffee shops and restaurants. Would stay here again
