Supremely Gorgeous Home - Infinity Pool, Hot Tub, Fabulous Amenities.

The house was very spacious and comfortable and location is great but need lots of maintenance . The kitchen pots and pans were in terrible state and not enough sizes to cook. The bathroom sinks upstairs was totally blocked. we did reach out to the manager but got no reply for it so could not use that sink. The pool though infinite was only for one person to swim. very small which was a disappointment. The house could be maintained much better as it a great house .

We have been coming to HHI for close to 50 years and 25+ yrs during Mem Day Weekend. Our family consists now of our mother, my brother and I, and our respective families. This home is perfect for us and we are looking forward to our 4th year at this property next year!

We really enjoyed the large kitchen where we could prepare our own meals - the double dishwasher and double laundry equipment were a big plus. We walked into town often, road our bikes on the great bike paths and the walked the beach. We played pickle ball and tennis, went to the farm market and museum and spent a day at Sea Pines (did a boat cruise.) We watched sunrises and sunsets from the beatch. The pool was fun and refreshing even for a big group like us. Having a covered patio allowed us to sit and watch a thunder storm one evening - it was pretty amazing - and take cover from the sun. The house had everything! Loved having a garage and easily fit 3 cars in. It was decorated beautifully. Floor plan was well thought out. It is a perfect house for a large group. Thank you for making our vacation memorable and spectacular.

The house was in a perfect location. Close to shopping, restaurants, and the ocean! The house was even larger than it appeared in the photographs. Appliances high end. Lots of seating, new carpet upstairs. The only thing the owners may consider is refreshing the outdoor furniture and throw pillows. I would definitely stay here again.

We always enjoy our stay at this property! Love its proximity to beach, Coligny, and plenty of space for our extended family. Love the common areas, the ensuite bathrooms, and the outdoor pool/hot tub.

Met or exceeded all expectations except the hot tub did not heat.

This was our first trip to HH and the location of this house was perfect! It’s a very easy walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza. We rented bikes which was a great way to see so many things. The house itself is huge giving everyone their own space and privacy. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. We look forward to visiting HH again! **one side note if you have small kids and they stay in the upstairs bedrooms you will hear all their walking around from the downstairs bedrooms**

We had a fabulous stay at this gorgeous house! What you see in the photos is exactly what you get, which is nothing short of pure elegance. The location is great for walking to shops and restaurants, and right across the street from beach access. All rooms were very large and very clean and comfortable. Every bedroom had comfortable beds and every amenity you could want. The property mgmt/ owner were very attentive to any question we had and followed up with us immediately (there was a toilet that was constantly running but fixed promptly) which has not always been the case with other properties we’ve stayed at in Hilton Head. If you want a property that you don’t want to leave, this is the place for you and your family!! We will definitely look to book this house again.
