Superior Views, Harbor Views, Scenic Skyline Parkway, Remodeled, Charming

Beautiful, comfortable and clean home with lovely views of Superior and easy access to all we wanted to do in Duluth and Canal Park. We stayed here in the winter and arrived during an ice storm - the host was very communicative about nearby tree damage and provided salt for the outside steps. We really appreciated that!Like much of Duluth, this home is on a hill (which gives you that great view), but there are lots of steps to get to the front door from the street, and a slope down to the house from the garage. Just be aware!

Check in details were communicated in a timely manner, the house was super clean when we arrived! It was a great place for three couples to spend the weekend.

Home was as described; fantastic view of Bentlyville from the porch. Kitchen well stocked with pots/pans/dishes. We appreciated the extra plates! Rooms stayed warm which is always a concern in an older home. Hot showers and enough furniture for comfortable lounging!

Great views

Our stay was great! Everything was just like the description of the property. The house was in a great location, the view of the lake was amazing, easy to get everywhere in Duluth. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to book this property again. The location and view of the lake were great. Close to Canal Park and other attractions we visited. Beds were comfortable and towels were so soft. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make a few quick meals.Communication was great and instructions were clear.

Clean and very well kept! Could use a hair dryer in one of the bathrooms at least, had amble toilet paper which was a plus. Could use a bigger dining room table. overall excellent VRBO

The only thing I didn’t like was the keypad lock on the door to the basement and that it didn’t have a separate deadbolt for the guest to feel secure. The front and back doors also would be better with a separate deadbolt locks for guest security. If the owner were to forget to change the code between guests or someone gets the code, we would’ve felt more secure being able to lock doors from the inside at night with a separate lock. Also, more bath towels would be nice. Other than this, it was a wonderful location and clean. 5 stars.

In Duluth for a family wedding. Four couples (brothers). Everything was very nice. Too bad the weather didn’t cooperate. So much better than a hotel room.

Everything was really good with our stay, the house was very clean and the neighbors we met were really friendly, but we had a few issues using things at the house that we asked for assistance with and we just didn't receive any or very little communication back. I would recommend this place, but would be leary about communication with the owners.

Had a fun weekend exploring Duluth. This was a good place to come back to in the evenings to sit and relax.

Easy access to downtown Duluth, nice and cozy accommodations. Comfortable for large or small groups.
