Superhost 5 Star ⭐ Service 4 Bedroom House in Henderson

The extra windows in the bedrooms that don't have blinds could use tinting to help deal with the heat and sun. Also the master bathroom window needs a cover. The house was clean, garage clutter with old furniture, 1 rule was park in the garage but only 1 car could fit. There commutation was great. I give it a solid 4 STARS.

Host team was very communicative, home was as described. Very easy in and out. Will definitely stay here again. Beautiful home in nice location.

Great location! The house was very comfortable and clean. The communication with the host was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We were there for a business trip and needed a gathering place for team members to have a strategizing session. The living room and dining room area were perfect for that. The house was clean, easy to get to and convenient for food. It served our purpose as well.

Home was nice with great places to hangout and socialize. Four bedrooms to spread out in and very clean. There were a couple drawbacks unfortunately. We were sent to the wrong address, but the property manager was quick to respond with the correct address. The keyless entry was a little glitchy not sure if the batteries were going out and my friends said there was a bad smell in the home. I think it was from the trash cans in the garage combined with the heat. It didn’t bother me, but I wasn’t sleeping in the room above the garage.

The place is spacious and clean, also quiet neighborhood.

The attention to details can go a long way. The patio needs to be more inviting with better lighting that works and could use a barbecue grill. And the faucets were loose.

We completely & thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very close to the action yet in a quiet neighborhood where you could relax before & after hitting the action! Lots of natural sunlight in the home so you don’t really have to use the lights during the day. This could be a problem if you are use to sleeping with blackout curtains like me. It took some adjusting and my sleep mask but we enjoyed the property none the less!

The property was exactly what my coworkers and I needed. A place to lay our heads away from the hustle and bustle of the Vegas lights. The neighborhood was quiet and just a few minutes away from the strip if that is your thing. There is plenty of room for guests to spread out. The communication from the host was great.

Check-in and check-out were seamless, and communication with the host was prompt and helpful. The only small critique is that the mattresses could use some improvement. Would definitely come again!

However, I did encounter an issue with the address listed on the booking. Since I had supplies shipped in for a convention, the discrepancy in the mailing address caused some challenges. I had to coordinate with the postal carried and merch vendors to resolve the matter. It would be helpful if a note were included on the listing, clarifying that the provided address may not be suitable for shipping purposes and advising guests to contact the host for the correct mailing address if needed. Overall, it was a great stay, but addressing this detail would make the experience even smoother.

Had a great weekend get away. House was nice and clean. Easy check in/out process. Located in a great area about 10 minutes from the Vegas strip. Would recommend for future trips.

Great home worked perfect for the reason we needed it for. Roomy and clean bathrooms and spacious kitchen. Would rent again. A few things that would make this a AAA five star property: kitchen sink needed some work, the temperature controls were a little tricky, and that marble slab in the master bedroom…I stubbed my foot many times on that thing lol.

Home conveniently located Minutes away from the strip and the airport. Clean and ready for us with easy and quick communication with the owner. Definitely coming back
