Superhost 5 star 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bathroom Townhouse

This host is great! Check-in and check-out we're seamless. The house was clean and the temp was perfect upon arrival although it was chilly outside. We had no issues during our stay and the host was ready to accommodating if needed.

The adwas a little misleading, indicating that it was five stars. I may have misunderstood it. It was very clean and It was very easy getting into. The interior was very basic. In the master bedroom quite a bit of light came in from the street lights from the neighborhood and two of the windows Roller shades were broken. The smoke detector was removed. And the little back patio area had two lawn chairs that were in poor condition. And the yard was full of leaves and the table and chairs were sitting on a carpet that was all rumbled up. For our stay, it was fine because we literally just slept there. Bathrooms were nice beds were comfortable.

The property was great and Allan was there to answer all my questions. It was a perfect location and great area.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was just as advertised. Very clean. Near all the activities we wanted to do. Our host was very responsive and we had a great trip!

Generally the property was in good shape. However, a few things could be improved. 1.The refrigerator needs an ice maker. At least some ice trays. 2.The bath mats and den area rugs need replacing or deep cleaning. 3.While the back patio area was nice,the overall cleanliness of the outside and garage needs attention.

This is a nice house on a very quiet street but close to plenty of shops/restaurants. I loved the bedroom setup - mattress and bedding were perfect! The kitchen has basic items but a fewest misses and doesn’t seem set up for any cooking. There are plates /cereal bowls for 4 but no serving bowls. The french press is small - a single cup. It makes great coffee but not great for multiple people needing caffeine. There were zero potholders or kitchen towels and when I requested some, the only response was to look in the drawers.

Work trip with some associates. House fit the bill perfectly

The house was what we needed. Coming to Las Vegas can be overwhelming when looking for a place to stay. When visiting family we don’t want to be anywhere near the strip, we’re kinda over it. We want to feel home away from home, this house gave us that. The house was roomy, had comfy beds, clean all around.
