This property is in a small, intimate subdivision of 27 custom homes, once known as the 'street of dreams.     This home and the outdoor space are incredible. The views of Camelback are unmatched! We were blessed with amazing weather and spent nearly all of our time outside by the pool. Brian is a terrific host and very responsive. I would absolutely book this home again!

    Upon arrival, the house had no AC on. I instantly contacted the owner and he essentially debated with me… when we leave we would come back and it would be turned down. The kitchen was filthy / sticky bread crumbs… no towels in the bathroom everything was unkept. The rugs were dirty. The furniture was also unacceptable.. I cannot believe a home in paradise Valley is being rented under these conditions.

    This was our 3rd stay at this house in Paradise Valley. The location (walking distance to the start of the Camelback Mtn trailhead) and backyard with pool, hot tub, BBQ and view of the Mtn are great.

    Brian was a fantastic host. The home was exactly as described, but he probably undersold the beauty of Camelback Mountain overlooking the pool area. We had a lovely stay. Difficult to say goodbye!

    My wife, son, and I had a great stay here. The home was clean, everything worked, communication was prompt when we had any questions. The home is in a great location so nothing is too far away and the traffic was never bad. We have nothing but compliments and would stay again whenever we get back to the area.

    If you are looking for a great location near all the best restaurants and shopping, yet secluded for your rest and relaxation, this is it! Perfect location and amazing pool and outdoor area with lots of seating and lounging. Owner is gracious and communicates super well. Beautiful master bedroom/bathroom...and great family room for work or rest! Highly recommend!

    From the moment I listed to the moment I dealt with Bryon the simplicity was amazing. I recommend this house and brian’s houses over any of what I’ve done in the past Everything was concise accommodating I don’t know what else to say. The property was beautiful. The community was beautiful. The location was beautiful. I had five days of incredible relaxation. I don’t know what else to say but this every chance you get.
