SUPERB VILLA, HEATED INDOOR POOL, SPA, 350M FROM THE BEACH

The property was well appointed, spacious and clean. Some of the fitments and furnishings in the house were of cheap quality and showing signs of wear. The house location was very good in a quiet cul de sac and very convenient for pedestrian access to the beach. The swimming pool and jaccuzzi were big assets which worked well.

A great holiday home, extremely well equipped (including everything you need for babies and small children). The house is very clean and nicely decorated, without personal decoration so you don't get the feeling you are in some else's home. The pool and jacuzzi are great to relax during windy and rainy days (that we had at the end of March off course), with the whole pool area being heated. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, and his responses were always very quick. I can really recommend this great place!

Very beautifull and extremely well equipped property. We were welcomed by Benoit in a very friendly way, and he explained eveything about the house. Contact before and during outlr stay has always been very nice, and respons is always quick. The rooms are spacious and all windows have electric shutters. Everything is foreseen, even everything you need for a baby or small child (changing table, buggy, toilet seat, ..) Pool and jacuzzi also very clean, and the space and pool are heated, which was great during the stormy days we were there in March. The house is also nicely decorated, without personal things, so you don't feel like you're in someone else's house. Location is very quiet and peacefull, and walking distance from a beach. Truly a great place, that we would totally recommend!

The extras such as bikes and table tennis make this a very family friendly villa especially with the beach and a creperie just a short walk away. Host was very welcoming and helpful and facilities were all very good Only criticism was we found the master bedroom bed very uncomfortable and the room would benefit from a mirror but this wouldn't stop us returning which we hope to do one day

This lovely house is very well equipped and the owner has thought of everything even down to umbrellas (these weren't needed during our stay) Benoit is an excellent host greeting us and explaining the use of all equipment including the large indoor pool , the operation of the wonderfully warm hot tub and music and TV's. The house is more like a boutique hotel with privacy, peace and a short walk to a lovely beach. The modern, stylish house is comfortable and very clean. There are a couple of supermarkets a short drive away and a very good local restaurant Le Relais de Lodonnec five minutes walk away. We were a family of 6 with grown up children but the house had lots of facilities and equipment for young children too. I would highly recommend this place for a fantastic break. Flying from Birmingham to Brest with just over an hour's drive by hire car was a great way to make the most of our week away.
