Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We used to live a couple of blocks away, so we knew this was a great neighborhood. This small home is nicely appointed, comfortable, with two renovated bathrooms and two comfy bedrooms, and the large garden and patio are perfect for a good-weather visit for no more than four guests. Unfortunately, we had five, and thus we learned that the 3rd bedroom is a daybed in the basement laundry room. The old radiator-style heating was either roaring or off, and so we had very uncomfortable nights. The garage was very handy, as we had a rental car. Easy access to the house via a keypad.
We really enjoyed staying here though there were a few hiccups with check-in. The heating/cooling in the home is a bit tricky and our master bedroom was missing its comforter. Otherwise, the 1910 house is a gem in Georgetown. We loved the antique doorknobs, garage, landscaped backyard, renovated compact kitchen, pretty bathrooms, laundry and original wood floors. The home also had a lovely book collection amongst its quaint and comfortable decor. I definitely would recommend it!
This house is clean, beautiful, and is in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. We had 2 couples staying and they loved the street and the location. We used scooters to zip down to M street or over to DuPont, but you could reach either in 15-20 minutes on foot. Our hostess was excellent and responded right away when we had a concern several months before our stay. Highly recommend.
Enjoyed the home and neighborhood. Easy to check in and out. Close to lots of DC sites.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is nice and in a good location (1 mile to Georgetown Waterfront, 0.5-1.0 miles to Restaurants and grocery stores, parks nearby).Unfortunately, we experienced very severe construction noise from the house after the next house (Monday-Saturday). Even as we reported this immediately, we did not get any refund after our 4 week stay. Some minor issues with cockroaches in the basement.Anna-Regina did a great job, thanks for that.
