Stayed Mar 16, 2026Starters we didn’t receive check in information until an hour before we could check in. After checking in a few left to grab groceries and others stayed back to swim a bit. After swimming they chose to take a quick shower and found huge bugs which I understand that a few bugs is one thing and that palm beetles happen in the area but 7 dead bugs and 2 live that ran and a few resembled cockroaches and large ones at that was all we could take we left after 3 hours maybe 4 we did receive a refund but not a full refund. I understand things happen and the host was understanding on the matter but it was late and we had 3 small children with us and last minute having to find a place due to this was extremely stressful and hard.

Stayed Nov 4, 2025Few amenities compared to other Vrbo we have stayed at. Steep stairs to bedrooms. Bare minimum of towels in the upper bathroom. We left some coffee pods and splenda, as well as paper towels. Had to wash utensils before using as some were dirty. Glad we had some dish towels with us as none were provided Hard to keep water in sink to wash dishes. Advice is to bring everything you think you will need to make food for meals. Nicely furnished, outside by pool is lovely
