Stayed Feb 26, 2024The house was as listed on VRBO. It is well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. The communication with the owner and property manager were very good. We enjoyed our time here and would consider staying again in the future.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The property was very well maintained and convenient to everything we needed. We could see that some work is still being done, particularly on the exterior but that didn't hamper our visit.

Stayed Feb 1, 2020This was a nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Location is good because it’s fairly close to Siesta Beach and Venice beach. Nice to walk around this area. There could be some small cosmetic improvements but overall it was clean and well supplied. We plan on staying there again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The property was ideal for our purposes: convenient to shopping, friends and relatives and other frequently visited locations such as the YMCA. The neighborhood, generally, is comforting in the sense of security, among law-abiding citizens, who appear to care for their property. The house is plain, spacious, convenient and easy to maintain. Any glitches that may be visible are negligible. We would consider occupying the property again if we intend to return to the Sarasota area.
