Stayed May 7, 2025Great location. Very close to resort clubhouse with pool and lazy river. Close to Disney parks. Easy to get into resort. House was clean. No comforters on beds as pictured. Small blankets provided only. Otherwise minimal complaints! Management was very responsive.

Stayed Nov 29, 2024I recently stayed at a property managed by UNE Homes, and while the location and facilities for use in champions gate are excellent. unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the property itself is older, therefore I’m generally understanding of its condition, but there were several issues that were concerning and impacted my stay.Firstly, the oven in the rental had large, loose glass pieces hanging inside, This created a major safety hazard, as it could have caused further damage or led to the potential ingestion of glass while cooking. Despite the fact that the oven still turned on, I found it unsafe to use, and I was disappointed by the lack of urgency in addressing this issue and the response I received from the management company upon reporting. Additionally, upon arrival, I found the carpet upstairs was wet, The pool level was low, and I had to take care of filling and cleaning it myself before I let me kids swim in it . There was also a large yellow stain on the mattress in one of the double beds, hidden under a pillow mattress cover and plastic sheet, which was off-putting. The couch was nearly unusable due to being broken, further affecting the overall comfort of the home

Stayed Aug 31, 2024Kids loved the pool. We loved having a kitchen and everyone getting their own room. It was also great to have resort pool options. It was about 30 minutes from all the parks depending on traffic. A few things could be refreshed, but management was super responsive.
