Super Comfortable Home in the Heart of Speedway!!

The home was very well appointed. Kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels, and very comfortable.

The host answered our questions quickly and when we had trouble finding the location, the host was quick to respond.

Super convenient location

I had to call 5 minutes before i got there just to get the code. -The kitchen was dirty. Dirty sink, dirty broiler pan left in the oven (full of old grease) Old ice left in the freezer which I had to put in the sink to melt. It left a white film in the sink. There were 2 coffee cups which hadn't been washed, but they were put on the shelf. Kitchen floor was sticky.-The deck looked like it hadnt been cleaned. Much less swept. Branches all over, table and chairs were dirty. Had to clean them before sitting. -King size mattress pad was gross with stains.-Bathroom had toothpaste stuck on vanity, clearly hadnt been cleaned.

Really enjoyed the stay here! It’s just a few minutes away from some great places to eat. Convenient to gainbridge Fieldhouse and Lucas oil stadium. Comfortable beds and a unique basement common area.

It was convenient and clean. My only complaint would be that the upstairs bedrooms need room darkening window treatments. The car wash next door had very bright lights which made it very hard to go to sleep.

The property was exactly as listed. The owner was kind and communicative. It was perfect for an overnight stay with friends in Indy. Really good location, close to lots of shops and food places as well as the highway.

Came to town for a convention. Great location and cute home. The host was great to assist with questions during my booking. Next time we are in town we will select this house again.

The location of the house is great. Very convenient to all of the major sites in Indianapolis. The host was very gracious and responded to communications quickly. We had expected 4 bedrooms, but at first we thought there were only 3. Then as we investigated the basement level and the laundry area, we found the 4th bedroom tucked behind the laundry area. The carpets seemed old and were a bit musty. Overall, the house was very nice. We really only slept there because our days were full at a conference.

Good place for a place to lay our heads while attending a conference. It is not fancy but did the job.

Good house. Basement bathroom shower was rough

This is an older home in a great neighborhood.Friendly neighbors on one side car wash on the other.Walkable to the track.Plenty of room for my adult family of 6.We enjoyed the backyard deck,with the view of the track.We would stay again.
