Super Clean/ Fun Environment! Low Cleaning Fee!

What I liked about our stay was the quiet neighborhood. The house was clean. The host answered my questions promptly. The master bed was very comfortable. The decor is very tasteful. It is nice to have a garage.

Excellent beds and nice bath towels. The heat didn't work for the first 24 hours, but the host made sure we had space heaters and extra firewood for the fireplace.

This was a great stay for our visit! Super clean, had all the necessary things to make it convenient for us, and even gave us the use of the garage to park our rental car in. It also has a spacious backyard for us to play in with our grandsons! Highly recommend and would use again!

very pleased with the property! it's a separate house, so no need to worry about noise from neighbors. location is a quaint little development with unique homes, all different colors like austin homes! very quiet neighborhood. house was clean, lots of amenities, full size kitchen and dining area, 3 large bedrooms, 2 baths, and even have use of a garage! perfect place!

We had an overall good experience staying at this property in Georgetown. The house was nice and the beds were comfortable. The property manage, Jakob, was excellent whenever I communicated with him. We had a couple of small issues. One of the neighbors had a dog that barked every morning so if you want to sleep in, this probably isn't the place to stay. There was a dirty towel left in a laundry hamper when we checked in. We couldn't get the dishwasher to start during our stay. The water in the second bathroom wasn't very hot and the tub in the master bathroom didn't drain well. All of these issues were communicated with Jakob when we checked out. We also wished there was a place to sit in the backyard. If you want to do this, you should bring chairs with you. There were a lot of cars parked in the neighborhood, but we were able to park in the garage or on the drive way. Overall the house was good and we enjoyed our stay.

This location is central to any place you want to go. Very comfortable bed. Easy check in and check out process. Nice quiet location but neighborhood is extremely crowded with cars parked on both sides of the streets.

Nice smaller house - not spacious but good layout. Most of the basic amenities that you would typically find and definitely clean.

Property was very inviting and very clean. Fresh decor and bright rooms. Spacious. TV was easy to navigate. Property manager was very responsive.
