Sunwatch Cottages 6 by Liquid Life

The house was well equipped with all essentials. Very clean. Plenty of room for a big family. The water pressure in the upstairs showers is lacking. We waited 2 hours outside the property waiting for someone to come open the door because the door code didnt work at checkin. It was the easiest checkout i have ever had though. Really easy. Overall a great stay. I would definitely stay again.

The house itself was great. However, we found a couple of things prior guests left under beds upstairs, indicating that the cleaning crew did not do a thorough job between stays. In addition, some of the kitchen appliances and pots and pans were in poor condition. Other than that, it was a great place for a family reunion!

We have been coming to the beach with our family for years and this beach house was probably the worst we have ever had. When u have to save money all year for a vacation you expect to get what the listings say. One of the main reasons we got this house is because the listing says it had a hot tub and gym which is 2 top priorities for us which we spent tons of money to not get any of those things. It also listed a tennis court which is not there. Said it had a fireplace. Thats false advertising. When we arrived we had to clean, the house was disgusting. We had to vacuum and sweep the floors. Looked like it hadnt been done at all. The refrigerator didnt cool well and the dryer had to be turned on 3 times in order to dry a load of clothes. Had no can opener. The can opener that was there was stripped. We had to go buy a new one. The blender didnt work that was there. We had like 5 spoons and 5 forks. We had to go buy them. Cooking Utensils need to all be replaced. It was very inconvenient and when u wait all year for a vacation this stuff is extremely important. If it were me renting the house i would do right by my customers. The check in process and location was great and easy. The kids enjoyed the pool but again no hot tub. Amenities need updated and put in correctly. It also said it had an elevator which is irrelevant to us but if we would have brought someone handicapped that would have ruint the entire vacation. We wont return to this location at this point.

Spacious condo close to the pool and bayside pier . Easy walk to Beach access . Clean and well maintained . We had a small hole we found when we arrived , Notified them quickly to let them know . Communication is quick and easy. Fans in closets . Lots of sleeping arrangement options . Was a great stay for a large bunch with lots of kids !

Perfect house and location for a large group vacation. Located just a few steps from the private beach.

Good location. House appliances need to be updated. Washer was terrible. Grill did not work. Not enough sheets for the beds. Doors did not lock. Fit 14 of us well. Lagoon on one side and beach on the other was nice. Closet full of beach stuff was also very nice.
