Sunsplash - Next to Pool, Beach & Rosemary w/ Rooftop Deck.

This rental is perfect for large parties. We had 2 families staying in this property. This house is directly across from the pool and just minutes to the beach via the walkway. The property manager/owner is so responsive and easy to communicate with. The rental is located right between all the action in Rosemary and Alys Beach. Publix is a quick drive to grab essentials. We had a great stay! I would recommend this vacation rental and would return again.

Overall good experience. Easy access to pool, beach, and restaurants. House was not super clean, a towel left on porch from previous stay, there was a clogged sink upstairs, and random maintenance items like loose light switches / without screws, damaged interior door, etc.

This property was in the best location! Walking distance to Alys or Rosemary beach without the price tag. This house is near the entrance of the neighborhood. So it’s really close to the beach. It’s directly across from the pool. The kids pool is fantastic! There are a ton of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Very easy to book and check in. Highly recommend.

The property was just as the pictures posted! It was perfect for our family of 11. The location was excellent and very close to everything. Made staying very nice for us with little ones. I highly recommend this house. You will enjoy every single moment while there. We will definitely return !!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunsplash at Seacrest Beach. The location of the property couldn't have been any better. You are walking distance from many restaurants, the beach, the pool, bicycle rental, and just about anything else you can think of. In the main living area, you can open the big doors up in the front and just enjoy the fresh air! We had ample room for everyone and we were comfortable. The only reason for a 4 rating is that the house is a little worn in spots. The owner was attentive and dealt with any issues we had. It was very clean, just worn in some areas. He continues to invest in the property and it is evident. For example, he has just invested in the bathrooms and floors. Overall, it was good value for the location and we would consider staying there again!

Great location and very attentive host

Sunsplash exceeded our expectations! To start off, the host provided all the info we needed, and was prompt in responding to any questions we had. The home was absolutely amazing! I won’t go room by room, but it was clean, beautifully decorated and we felt like we were at home. Enough space for two families to live comfortably. The pool was beautiful and the beach was a very short walk. There were lots of shops within walking distance and everyone was so polite. We couldn’t have asked for a better home or location. The host was great and we would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Had a fabulous week at Sunsplash! Greg was responsive to texts, calls, and emails prior to our arrival and very accommodating. The house had new flooring and fresh paint. The kitchen was very well equipped. We all loved being so close to the pool, shops, and restaurants. The short walk to the beach was easy. The beach was packed. We got there at 6:15 most mornings to stake our spot near the water. The pictures online need to be updated. I understand the floors and paint are new and the owner probably hasn't had a chance to show that in the pictures. The kitchen cabinets don't look anything like the pics. I would have like to have seen more pictures of the interior of the house rather than the exterior, common areas, or general area (pool, beach, peddlers pavilion). It was difficult to identify which bedrooms were masters. There were pictures of only 2 of the bathrooms. There were some beach chairs and beach toys available for our use. The extra large washer and dryer were great. Loved the outside shower.

Great location for taking advantage of all 30A has to offer.

Our family enjoyed the stay in the condo, clean with easy access to the Beach, shops, swimming pool. Would stay here again
