Stayed Jun 28, 2025We stayed here last year and were one of the first families to stay after the house was built. We had the best beach vacation. Typically we have always rented a condo on the beach but this is our new vacation place. We cook all of our meals and eat together, spend most days by the pool or just hanging out, there are two public beaches very close by and with limited parking so the beaches were not over crowded. The location is ideal, minutes to groceries stores, restaurants, and Pete's donuts and ice cream is within walking distance. We plan on coming back again next year. The only complaint is they had cornhole boards the first year and we played every day, this year they were not there but we still had a blast.

Stayed Jun 18, 2024We had the best time staying in the Sunset Villa! This gorgeous beach house quickly became our home away from home comfortably accommodating each member of our large family! Of course, everyone’s favorite part was the beautiful, large pool right next door. The side porch that overlooks the pool is pure genius! We spent many hours playing cornhole tournaments after dinner with the cheering squad sitting front row on the porch while others swam! The neighborhood is incredibly charming and full of friendly neighbors. We cannot wait to visit next summer! Thank you for your generous hospitality and the opportunity to stay in your beautiful villa in Orange Beach!
