Sunshine State Escape: 3 Mi to Navarre Beach!

This property was amazing. One of the best places we have stayed in Navarre.

Don't wait, book this place! Reviews are spot on. Huge house, huge backyard that's fenced and secure. The negative review about the road is a stretch and we had no issues. Kitchen is fully stocked with ANYTHING you'll need for cooking utensils. They have a WAFFLE MAKER so bring your batter! Coffeemaker is a dual purpose (drip or pod) You can reach grocery, liquor, fast food, dine in, hospital, and gift shops within 2 to 5 minutes of this property and yet it is STILL a quiet neighborhood. You'll hear a little road noise on weekday mornings, but your only 1/2 mile from Navarre Pkwy. Most of your time will and should be spent at the beach anyway. Ours was. The dogs LOVED the huge backyard. It was at least 1/4 acre in the backyard alone. Beautiful pine trees shade from the West property line. Oak/Elm and Crepe Myrtles from the East property line. Banana trees line the back of the home as well as big Palmettos. There is a raised garden next to the back patio with Garlic and Mint growing. I'm thinking that's to help with any mosquito problems prominent in Florida. Smart! We really didn't have any issues. Tree frogs sing in the mornings as well as many different birds singing throughout the property. (Cardinals, Titmouse, Bluebirds, Downy Woodpecker, Dove, Mockingbirds, Wrens, and Fish crow) Beautiful property. You WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. If you've never stayed in Navarre, you'll soon learn what a gem it is. Perfect location!! Exclusive destination for us since 2009.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home and great amenities on-site. Lovely neighborhood. Very close to the beach and any types of stores needed. Great and cordial communication from the owner. Thank you

This backyard was great for our dogs. The road out front was very busy so having a place for them to play was huge. The owner checked on us a few times to make sure everything was going smoothly which was a huge bonus

Loved this home! So close to the beach and grocery stores. The yard was great for our dog, too. Furnishings were excellent, a nice big sectional to lounge on at. night was good to have. Definitely a step up from a lot of STR properties that have sparse, flimsy Furnishings. Kitchen fully stocked and supplied. Ive stayed in this area for the past 5 years at least 2x a year and this was one of the best. Will be back!

We had a wonderful stay, the house was clean and had everything we needed to stay for the week. The host was super nice and easy to communicate with. Made our trip that much more enjoyable to be able to come home and relax without a worry. Would definitely recommend staying here, you will love it, just as we did!

Definitely enjoyed staying at this rental! It was so spacious and was a comfortable stay for myself, three family members, and three dogs. The fenced-in backyard was HUGE. The only negative aspects of the rental/stay included: 1) unexpected tree-trimming of the neighboring lot, occurring right next to my car parked in the driveway, 2) every single household essential provided was completely empty (coffee container, laundry detergent, laundry beads, etc), 3) there were at least 3 areas where the fence boards must’ve cracked or fallen, leaving openings in the fence for the dogs to escape if not paying close attention (there were just new boards propped over the damaged areas that would fall over with any gust of wind), 4) the backyard was very overgrown and not well maintained, and 5) every single mattress was so uncomfortable that two of my family members ended up sleeping on the couch which was deemed more comfortable than the bedroom mattresses. Aside from the few negative findings, the rental will definitely be saved for future vacationing in the area.

This is our second year in a row to rent this home. We were ecstatic to find out it was available for our dates. We travel with 2 small dogs and they LOVE the huge back yard. This home is only a few minutes from ANYWHERE in the Navarre area. It takes us less than 5 minutes to get to an eating establishment, grocery store, car wash, gas station, BEACH, and beach supply stores. Very quiet neighborhood. I can't recommend this home enough. It was 91* in the afternoon and we could sit underneath the trees and not sweat while watching the dogs. Huge Longleaf Pine trees on the neighboring West fence and the perimeter is surrounded by Crape Myrtles, and large trees. Also gives that coastal feel with the large Palmettos and Banana trees that are around the house. The owner is super nice and will probably contact you to see if there is anything you need or any issues that need to be addressed. We had the absolute best time and it was hugely due to having this home as our home away from home.

This was our 2nd year in a row to rent this home. We loved it that much! Plenty of room. Clean. Huge back yard and plenty of parking space. Navarre Beach is our destination for summer vacation for the last 16 years. Our two dogs love the back yard. Neighborhood is very quiet. We are only minutes (less than 10) within some really good eating places. The house is just situated in the perfect spot for accessing all that the area has to offer. The owner reaches out and asks if we need anything or have any issues. Very nice person to converse with. It's an absolute dream of a place for us.

This was a great home for our vacation. The private back yard was perfect for our dog and for us. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals and the beds were comfy. Location was close to everything we needed.

Visiting for the Thanksgiving holiday, we were looking for a dog-friendly listing that was near our in-laws home. This house made the cut and fit our family perfectly. Everyone has a sizable room and our doggies had plenty of space in the backyard to run and play. We enjoyed our stay and was pleased with the hosts communication and flexibility. We will look to stay here again for our next family visit to the area.

We had short and sweet vacation in Navarre and this home was perfect for our stay with friends! House was clean and had everything we needed.

House was great for our family and dogs! Well furnished, comfortable beds. Close to beautiful beaches and restaurants and stores. Great location all around!

Home was very beautiful and clean. Had all the basic amenities that we needed such as dishes, pots, pans and coffee maker. Also had the added bonus of a waffle maker which my family and I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone.
