Sunshine Reflections. Golf Cart, Private Home, Community Pool, 30A.

We had a great stay @ Sunrise Reflections! The house was perfect for our group. The kitchen and dining area accommodated everyone. Having access to the golf cart made a huge difference in getting around. While the walk to the beach wasnt far being able to pack up the golf cart with our beach supplies made it much easier. We did end up packing our own beach supplies (chairs, toys, umbrella, etc) as those items were not available. We drove so wasnt a problem for us but for those flying in keep that in mind. This was our first time to Santa Rosa and there is limited public beach access because of this the beach was always packed. Pool is right across the street and while small it was never crowded & kids had a blast.

Overall we had a great vacation while staying at this rental. The house was lovely and perfectly located for our needs. The golf cart was especially helpful. We appreciated the short drive to the beach, shops and restaurants. We recommend parking at the public access near Dune Allen Drive, as we always found a spot to park and setup on the beach. While the house had everything we needed, was spacious, and beautifully decorated, we were disappointed to find the gas grill was rusted and there was damage to some of the interior trim from a prior guest. Also, the community pool is very small and was crowded most days. These things didn’t really affect our stay much, just unexpected. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Perfect location, plenty of room for (2) families. Golf cart was great for going back and forth to the beach with all beach gear. Great location for walking distance as well. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your home!

Perfect layout for a large family. Great location with proximity to the beach and local restaurants. Golf cart was a great added bonus. Quiet neighborhood for families. Only drawback is I might have to buy my wife a $500 ice machine since she liked yours so much!!! Would definitely stay again.

We were close enough to walk to Ed Walline beach access and restaurants around Gulf Place town center. We took the golf cart all the way to Seaside on two mornings and returned back to the house with over 50% charge left.My husband and I were with our three small children and the house was perfect for us. Clean, spacious, new, everything we needed (we did rent a crib from a third party). The proximity to the pool could not be beat! The communication prior to our stay was quick and efficient! Would highly recommend!

This was our first visit to 30A and this property was perfect for our family of 6 with room to spare. The kids loved cruising around in the golf cart to the different nearby beaches. Found a few great restaurants within cart/walking distance, house was well appointed and we had a great time!

Great time we had a blast!

The house is perfect! Lots of space. So nicely decorated, very close to the beach! We’ll definitely book again!
