Stayed Aug 2, 2025This beautiful beach house was perfect for our family! We were able to walk to the beach, drive to many small towns, and hang out and relax in the sunroom or outdoor patio. Check in was easy and the host was great with communication.

Stayed Aug 10, 2024We had an absolute blast at your house! It was so clean, spacious and close to the beach! We had kids from 10-17 and everything was easy and accessible. It was decorated so well and everything functioned perfectly. ZERO complaints, we really hope to come back again! THANK YOU!

Stayed Jul 20, 2024Sunshine House is a beautiful place for a family reunion. We came from Colorado and joined our families coming from Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. The house is large with plenty of sleeping room for all of us. We loved the location to the beach as well as how the house was stocked with beach stuff (chairs, toys, towels, and a wagon to transport it all). Diana is a wonderful host and communicated with us for an easy check in and questions.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024The Sunshine house is aptly named. It is a bright, cheery, spacious home, just a short walk to the beautiful shoreline of Seabrook Beach! It has a beautiful patio area for outdoor dining, a great grill and space for all of your beach gear. The owner was very easy to communicate with and surprised us with a Welcome Basket!

Stayed May 17, 2024The house is very well located, the beach is just a few step away. We slept 6 adults and 4 children confortably, but the living area seemed a bit crowded :). The patio is great and has all you need for a enjoyable meal. The house is on the main road, it is a bit noisy in the room upstairs. Overall, we had a great stay and the hosts are very nice and responsive.

Stayed Jun 24, 2023This is a brand new rehab of an older home so it has the vintage charm coupled with fresh soft beachy color palette, light sandwashed or white finish on modern furnishings. Kudos to the decorator! Lots of windows for natural light; my favorite room is the porch! My favorite place to sit is on the outdoor swing! The owners managed to pack a lot of amenities in the little enclosed side yard and we enjoyed them all. The only downside to the house is the Rt. 1A road noise. My husband and I slept in the downstairs queen bedroom and we had to have the window ac on to drown out the traffic. That worked fine and we slept well. I recommend 12 Ocean for good food and reasonable prices.
