Sunshine House - PRIVATE POOL! Just Steps from the Beach in Laguna Beach!

Beautiful house in a quiet area. Spacious, well-furnished, clean and tidy. Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of crockery, cutlery, appliances, etc. Comfortable beds and the master has a great shower and large walk-in closet. Just the three of us, so lots of room and the house will easily accommodate a larger family. Ideal location for travelling east to Panama City / Panama City Beach and Marina, west to Destin and Pensacola or the outlet malls at Sandestin. Only a 10 minute stroll down to the beautiful beach, short drive to plenty of restaurants. In addition to the house, large back garden which is well kept and has a fantastic pool. Not the biggest if swimming lengths is your thing but ideal for cooling off. No issues at all, in fact we extended our stay by an extra day. Our request was quickly and easily handled. We visit the USA regularly for our holidays and have stayed in many properties. If I had one suggestion, it would be for pool / beach towels to be provided please. Travelling from the UK, this is the first property we have stayed at that didn’t have them. Not a major issue but would be a useful addition for overseas guests. Thank you

Very nicely decorated and furnished home with upscale kitchen appliances. Very clean. The pool was amazing along with the back yard. Lacking in some amenities and supplies for our stay.

One minor issue was that the bunk beds were a bit wobbly, but they were still fine to sleep on. Whenever I had a question, the host was super responsive and really helpful. The beach is just a 5-minute drive from the house, and it's lovely. The only downside is that the beach in that area doesn't have showers. On the plus side, the house has a shower out back that you can use before heading inside, so you don't have to track sand in. I'd love to stay here again next summer for sure!

This was house was the perfect gateway for the week! It was a very short drive to the beach and pier park. I loved how quiet the neighborhood was and the house felt so homey. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was the perfect place to cool off from the heat and the backyard felt like an oasis! I would definitely come back and stay in this house again!

House was very clean, decor was so cute, the outdoor area was amazing! We all LOVED the pool. Close to the beach with easy parking if you don’t want to walk.

As advertised! Beautiful home inside and out. Pool is super nice to have, especially with young children. The only issue we had was the kid size bed had some hair( more than 1) on the sheets.

Needless to say, they loved the pool. I liked that there were tvs in all the rooms because we had a big difference in ages, thus a big difference in what they wanted to watch. The house was clean and met our needs. It would have been nice to have more than one board game to play. We could not bring our games because we were limited on traveling space. Your kitchen was nice but not well equipped. We had to buy a tea pitcher and we kept running out of silverware. You also need baking sheets and pizza pans. We liked having the option of a bath or a shower. The location was good because it was not too busy of an area, but not far from town. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place we love it!

Overall we had a decent stay at the Blue House. We choose this property over others because of the heated pool. Unfortunately we never got the heat that we wanted had to pay extra for. There was miscommunication between the owner and property management group that left our pool with no gas or a re fill for our 5 night stay.

Last minute family vacation before school. Unit was very clean, blue swell, very attentive to a little bit of ant issues that we noticed. Everything worked. Will gladly stay there again.

The house was perfect for our family! Very clean and comfortable! The pool was a bonus! Wuiet neighborhood. Was a bit of a walk to the beach, but we knew that going into it. I would stay here again.

The sunshine house was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Getting around the area was easy from this location. We were never stuck in traffic on this side of town. Beaches weren’t super crowded. This neighborhood is cute and off the beaten track which we love. Whoever decorated this house did a fabulous job. Appliances were new and worked great. This house is a hidden gem. The backyard is spacious and enjoying summer in the pool from the tanning ledge on a hot day was refreshing. I would return here again.

We stayed in Panama City Beach to escape the stress of life and it did not disappoint. The pool was perfect to come back to after sight seeing or even after being at the beach! The location of the home is just minutes away from the gulf!! The home does have minimal amenities but that is disclosed upfront.
