Sunshine Haven- Walk Downtown * New Hot Tub!

Great place with plenty of room for 2 families. Games and toys for the kids and they loved the hot tub. Fans in the rooms and great AC for the hot summer days. Minutes to downtown and easy check in/checkout.

The place was great! Close walk to downtown, and large enough with beds for everyone! The host was very responsive, as I was having door code issues upon arrival. Host was prompt to help get it squared away! Better than I expected and had everything we needed!

This home is absolutely beautiful, comforable, well-decorated, and very well-kept. Everything was in working order. It is a short walk from downtown, but about a 20 minute walk (or very short drive) to the beach. There is great parking on-site.We especially liked the large and very comfortable sectional in the living room, which gave our family of five plenty of space to watch a movie together.Two TVs (one in master bedroom, one in living room) with Roku available so that you can access all of your streaming favorites.There are several bedrooms and numerous beds throughout the property, with enough room to easily sleep a large family.The jacuzzi in the back yard is excellent and a nice way to relax after a long day.We didn't end up using the fire pit, as we were so busy going to the beach and doing other activites, but there is a nice gas fire pit with several adirondack chairs that is available.Pree was great to work with when we had some unanticipated setbacks (fuse blew and had to be reset, she helped us locate the wifi router to reset it).We would definitely stay at this property again if we return to South Haven!

We were joining other family in town to celebrate the holidays and this home was perfect. Very clean, comfy beds, we didn’t use the hot tub but it was nice to have one available. Great location right near the downtown! Would definitely recommend!

Had a great stay! Property had everything we needed. Stocked kitchen, hand soap in the bathrooms and all bathing necessities. Only a 14 minute walk to downtown. Grocery and fast food less than a mile away. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Great location and experience- even though it’s on a busy street, you can barely hear it once you’re in the backyard. The hot tub was extremely clean and worked perfectly. We ran out of propane halfway through our stay, and the host was extremely responsive and took care of everything super quickly. Well stocked, cute, clean house. Walking distance to everything you need in South Haven.

This property met our needs very well. It is very spacious and accommodating. The host went out of her way to make everything perfect for us.

We had a great stay with our family! The space was a walkable distance to the National blueberry festival which is always a blast every year. The host was prompt and she addressed all our questions and concerns. Their hospitality made our visit all the more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

My friends and I had the best time at Sunshine Haven! The house is in a perfect location, just a short walk to downtown but far enough so it’s quiet at night. Pree was so wonderful, thoughtful, and attentive. She even brought fresh baked cookies to the house. I cannot recommend this property enough. She really thought of everything a guest could need: plenty of fresh bath towels, blankets, beach towels, even a snow cone maker. Overall the best rental I’ve ever stayed at.

Overall we had a good time and the property manager was very responsive to issues. This was close to a 5 star but there were just a few too many little things to get it there. With that said, I would consider staying here again. The minor issues: no dressers, doors are loud/creaky, bare minimum towels and kitchen supplies. Pros are that it is nice on the inside as far as floors, beds, and decorations. Can walk to downtown easily but walking to the beach isn't practical if you are carrying anything with you as it is 25+ minutes.

We had the best experience due to our host. He was on top of everything and then went above with personal gestures. I would rent from him again in a blink. The home was very well stocked which is something that is important also and very clean, which is the most important :)....Thank you we are so happy we booked with this host!!!!
