Sunshine Haven: Relax and Unwind

House was very clean. Comfortable setup with large beds. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend. Super close to any stores you need and only 10 minutes to the fun in downtown Sarasota.

Very clean and quite has a private yard, convenient to everything. We where here during Pirate spring traing camp. We also went to a orange grove.

We stayed in this wonderful home for a week in June. Everything is as described and there were even more thoughtful touches throughout the home. Location is great! Very close to downtown, shopping, restaurants and the beach. Our host was always available to help. The neighborhood is quiet. We rested well and had a great week at this place. When we get back to Sarasota, we will always stay here if it’s available. Thank you for everything!

We spent time at the beach and went shopping and it was wonderful to come back and stay at the house and we were very comfortable. Thank you very much.

Our stay was perfect. Everything in the description regarding the property was exactly as promised. House was clean, equipped for our meal prep/cooking. Loved the screened porch. Owner provided beach chairs and towels and washer/dryer when needed. Conveniently located near beaches, Pinecraft community, Detweilers store and a Starbucks- necessary for teenagers. Check in and out process so simple. Owner answered quickly when I had questions prior to arrival. Would definately recommend to my friends and I will stsy there again if in the area.

My girlfriends & I wanted to do a little “Staycation” to bring in the New Years together and let me tell you what… this beautiful place was absolutely perfect!! Not only did this super clean, cozy place have everything we needed & more… but the whole process from booking literally last minute, checking in and communicating with the Host if needed, was so incredibly easy & non stressful! Heath made this Staycation exactly what we had hoped for! It was such an enjoyable stay and also located in a great area!! Thank you Heath for your wonderful hospitality and helping us start off the New Year with wonderful memories!

The house was very nice . We enjoyed the open floor plan giving us several options to gather in . Everything was very clean . It is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood close to Siesta Key Beach with shopping close by . The host was very responsive to any questions we had . We would definitely go back . We highly recommend for anyone staying in Sarasota.
