Sunshine Haus is a Fredericksburg landmark that was built in 1938 by a prominent local doctor. It has been fully renovated to the era but with modern amenities. Sunshine Haus isclose to downtown, yet it sits on a private 2.5 acre tract with a large pool and hot tub. If you prefer to stay inside, the house has 3000+ square feet, two wood burning fireplaces, a kitchen to die for, and televisions, toys and games for the kids.
