Stayed Mar 22, 2025Beautiful clean home! Wonderful pool/patio area! We visited from Michigan for Spring Break '25. 4 adults 2 teens and 1 preteen. Plenty of room and sleeping arrangements. The kitchen has plenty of equipment to cook, (fresh seafood from Merrick's is a must!) The Living room has ample seating for 7. Patio/pool area was a favorite with plenty of seating and a TV. Short drives to many areas we visited Punta Gorda, Ft Myers Fishermen's Village Ft Myers Beach and many things in between. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly perfect for morning or evening strolls. Try as we might we were never able to catch any fish in the canal... Highly recommend Cindy's place she is a breeze to communicate with and the whole process is push button. Would go back in an instant!

Stayed Feb 23, 2025Stayed at the property for 3 weeks. Had NO issue whatsoever! Communication with property manager was simple and they were very responsive. Loved the pool and house itself. Well equipped and roomy. We don’t have a complaint at all. We were a little farther from downtown than before but still no issue and tons of everything nearby. THANK YOU!

Stayed Mar 2, 2024Great place for our month long Cape Coral vacation. It was everything it was described as. Third times the charm since our prior two stays were tolerable but not on the level of Cindy's. We only wish it was available for next March???

Excellent response time from owner Pool was clean and heated Had everything you would need for cooking including grill WIFI worked great Easy check in and check out Very satisfied! I Would definitely recommend this rental!

Stayed Jul 21, 2023The property was exactly what the pictures depicted. Clean home with a great pool area. We stayed here for our baseball tournament and it was perfect. Gave us a quiet place to stay and relax after being at the hot baseball fields.
