Sunset Villa,5 bd/4 bath, private pool and spa, near Disney and golf, Orlando

Very clean & tastefully decorated.

This house really felt like home. Spacious with lots of extra fun with bikes and games in the garage as well as a pool and spa outside. We would definitely stay again.

Good location, great size, perfect for us - we had 2 families with 4 adults and 4 kids aged 2-9. Being really critical it could do with a little TLC in places and a bit more shade (parasols) in the pool area. Overall, highly recommend and will visit again.

The property was very clean and a great location. The owner was very fast to reply to any inquiries. My only issue was there was no grill as advertised.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is big, lots of space for our group of 11 — and we loved having a Christmas tree for Christmas!!! The homeowners were quick to respond to messages and wonderful to deal with.

My sister and I took our families to Disney for a trip of a lifetime. There were 4 adults and 3 kids. The house was a perfect size to accommodate all of us. The pool and the gameroom were great for the kids! The house was very clean and fully equipped with everything that was needed. Wonderful place to stay!!

We are fortunate enough to have visited Florida four times over the last decade. This villa is the best we have ever had: location, cleanliness, check in / out process, communication. Only constructive comment would be that there is a tv pictured in every room (accurate) but they are only connected to DVD players! When we return. In a few years we will definitely try and book again!

This is a lovely property, spacious and well appointed, located in the delightful West Haven area, and handily situated for Publix, Walmart and local restaurants. It is under 10 mins from the I-4 which (local traffic levels apart) will take you in reasonable time to Disney or Universal in one direction, or to the Gulf Coast and Tropicana Field to see the Tampa Bay Rays in the other. Having now taken our ninth trip to Florida, this is a villa that I would have no hesitation in recommending as a home away from home. It was absolutely stunning.

We tried contacting the owner numerous times in regards to pool and hot tub to which we were told they were working fine. After numerous attempts we contacted the rental company whom came out within hours and agreed the hot tub/pool water level was indeed low! We also told him that the hot tub was cold and never got warm and definitely not hot! Our comment was ignored again. The next morning we woke up to yet again a low level of water in the pool. Pool guy came out this day to clean the pool and he said there is definitely a leak in the pool somewhere and the hot tub was not even warm. Very disappointed in this stay as the hot tub and pool is what drew us to the rental. This isn’t our first time renting in Florida but our first time at this unit. The house itself was nice and big enough for all of us. Will definitely be looking elsewhere for next summers trip

The house was just as pictured with plenty of space for our family of 9. The kids loved the pool and the game room. The kitchen was nice & large and pretty well stocked but could use some more pots & pans and silverware. The house was centrally located from the places we visited which made it super convenient. We would definitely recommend this property and stay here again without hesitation.
