There’s everything you and your group need for a fantastic mountain retreat!

This nice decorated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to eight people. When you walk in, you’ll immediately get a taste of a true mountain home from the décor. In the living room, enjoy a nice cup of hot cocoa sitting next to the gas fireplace, or curl up on the cozy couch and watch a movie on the large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the gear you’ll need to whip up some great meals in between activities. There’s room for six people at the dining table plus four more seats at the breakfast bar. The dining area also has great views of the slopes and an entrance to the back patio.

You’ll love having seasonal access to the Upper Village pool and hot tub just a short walk away. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, parking for two vehicles and complimentary Wi-Fi.     We loved this condo! Perfect for our family of 5. It was refreshing to stay at a VRBO with plenty of the necessitates that I feel have been lacking in the last few stays we have had. Kitchen was well stocked as well as paper goods. TONS of towels, which again, seems to be a trend in not having many of anymore at stays like this. 5 minute walk to downtown. I would say the pool is more of a drive than a walk but not far at all. The back patio is perfect for morning coffee. Cozy and welcoming inside. Would stay again!

    Condo is a great ski-in option at a reasonable price for Breckenridge. Has 5 beds seperated from the main living room, which was great for a group of 5 adults. The hot tub is a 4-5 minute walk outside to a shared area, which is tough if its cold outside but not too bad otherwise. The lift is about a 5 minute hike up the hill, or you can use the free shuttle to go there or a different lift.Weird thing though, they wouldn't give us the code to the back door? The back door that leads to the ski slope. They specifically said we shouldn't be using it, on a place that's specifically listed as ski-in/out.

    Had a great stay in Breckenridge. There were 6 of us total and the size of the condo was perfect. It’s equipped with everything you need, and when I couldn’t find any kitchen sponges, they even offered to drop some off. I ended up walking to the office right downtown. Perfect location for ski in and it’s just a short walk to the snowflake lift and Main Street. Would definitely stay here again.

    Great condo, but be prepared to walk about a block uphill in your ski boots to get on Snowflake lift.

    We really enjoyed our stay during our family ski vacation to Breckenridge. The location was great for our group to ski in and out as everyone was ready. The property management was very communicative and easy to work with.

    This is a great place to stay for a ski-in ski-out experience in Breckenridge. The condo is very nice, very clean, and well stocked. The location can't be beat for convenience. We skied right in the back door and walked to town for dinner. So convenient to have reserved parking in the lot, we never moved our car at all! Would definately return.

    Clean, well-stocked place that fit our group of 7 (with 2 kids). Walking distance to town, backs up to the 4 O’Clock run (with a short uphill walk to the snowflake lift), shuttle service to peak 7/8. Of note, it’s about 5 minute walk to the pool/hot tub area which can get slippery. It was no issue but just wear traction! Perfect central place to stay in Breckenridge!

    Came to enjoy a getaway weekend and reconnect with old friends as we all turned 50. Everything was as hoped for! Excellent location and the rental was just as described. Would definitely recommend!
