Stayed Jun 11, 2025The house was great, such beautiful views! The only issue we had at all was the air, it would default to high70s or 80s. Place was absolutely beautiful, stairs to dock a bit much, but that was expected for Smith Lake. Would definitely recommend staying here, Much better than we expected. Amazing time!

Stayed Jul 26, 2024Would have enjoyed it much more if there hadn’t been roaches and ants all in the house. Had to call exterminator to come. Loved the dock with the lily pad!

Stayed May 25, 2024This place had an amazing view house was very spacious very private location and the boat launch was just around the corner. The covered boat dock was great to keep our boat out of the weather. We definitely plan on going back to this location in the future.

Stayed Sep 15, 2023Layout of the house is perfect to separate kids from adults. Setup and views from the house are amazing. They also made sure you have everything even if you forgot something.
