Guest Access
Guests have full access to the house and the 5-acre property, including the outdoor trails. Please note: the basement is locked and not accessible to guests.

Please note when you arrive to the house, you are in the Adirondacks Mountains and woods. Therefore, there may be a variety of animals that roam the property, such as deer, turkeys, etc. Finally, we professionally treat our property for pests; however we are located in the woods, and do not offer refunds if a bug is found in or around the property!

Please note that we unfortunately do not provide firewood for the fire pit as large piles of wood tend to attract critters that we would prefer our guests to not have to deal with. Many neighbors sell firewood bundles by the roadside or you can buy from Price Chopper store which is few mins away.

Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather. Please purchase travel insurance to avoid disappointment.

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
