This fourth-row home in the Oceanwoods North Forest Beach community is just steps away from the Atlantic coastline and boasts a fenced-in complex swimming pool, kiddie pool and beachside raised cabana with sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean. This 3-story, dog-friendly Forest Beach home has covered parking, 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and multiple decks with the privacy of your own home on a quiet street

The elevated home has a comfortable, open-concept living space on the first floor with luxury vinyl plank floors. The light-filled living room is spacious with enough seating for the entire group. A decorative fireplace, a large flat-screen entertainment system, and a large ceiling fan finish off the space, with sliding doors to two separate decks. The decks include a gas grill and an outdoor dining area.

The chic kitchen has new white wood cabinetry with granite counters and all-new stainless-steel appliances, perfect for making quick, easy lunches and fun vacation meals. Serve dinner from the gas grill on the deck to the dining area with seating for up to eight guests.

The first-floor bedroom includes a queen bed, wall-mounted TV, and access to a bath with an oversized vanity and a step-in shower. A barn door easily closes to create a private suite.

The remaining two bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the second floor. The first bedroom features a queen bed, wall-mounted TV, access to a canopied private balcony and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, a wall-mounted TV, and a bathroom with an oversized step-in shower.

All bedrooms have new Tuft and Needle Adaptive Foam mattresses, smart TVs, and ceiling fans for the ultimate level of individual comfort. Enjoy your stay and make great memories!

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per dog plus tax is required if you are bringing a dog. Maximum is 2 dogs, no more than 75 pounds per dog.

Directions to the beach/pool area: Follow the paved path to the left of 112 to get to the gazebo, pool and beach access gate.

Forest Beach is situated between Shipyard and Sea Pines resorts along the Atlantic coastline with miles of bike paths to enjoy. Coligny Plaza, known as Hilton Head's downtown, is just a quick bike ride or leisurely walk away, where guests and visitors can visit a variety of shops, boutiques, and restaurants. All of this is situated within the natural beauty of Hilton Head Island and directly on one of the finest beaches on the East Coast.

    The honest truth is this: Good - location is great. 3 minute walk to beach. Pool area actually a little nicer than expected. Away from town but still close enough for kids to jump on bikes and ride into town. Sidewalks everywhere. Very convenient. The only downside was the hotel nearby with trucks coming in and out all night. Also neighbors across the street had a large crew extremely drunk and loud all weekend and late into the night, but that can’t be avoided. Bad - I read some reviews that said needs updating, which is fine, but it was actually quite dirty. The owner has clearly not invested much in the upkeep as things are just falling apart from age. But worse is that things were quite dirty. Examples: many dishes and pans needed to be rewashed, the silverware tray was filthy, the nice little built in bar area looked like a scene out of The Munsters with everything covered in dust, and the little decks looked like they hadn’t been swept in over a year, and the little glass table just caked in dirt. These are just a few examples but you get the idea. My advice to the owners - invest a little more in a better cleaning crew, and just patch up a few things that are falling apart. Appearance and perception would go a long way in this becoming a really great rental. It’s not inexpensive for a place with no beach view, so spoil your guests a little. Overall we had a great time. Everything was very convenient, and location is great. Just step it up on the amenities and appearance a bit to make it even more appealing. It would surely pay you back for that small investment.

    The house was great, with lots of space. Super short walk to the beach and the pool was clean and never crowded. A nice, quiet are still close to Coligny!

    We had a nice week long stay. Plenty of space for family of four plus dog. The property has some nice updates and is showing only a slight bit of age. The kitchen is well equipped. Is pet friendly but does not reek of pets. The pool and beach access are a short walk, and convenient even if you are carrying beach chairs, etc.. We liked biking around, especially on the beaches.

    Short walk to beach. Kitchen well equipped. Pet friendly close walk to beach. but alot of stairs if handicaped or elderly. Lights went out one night and was pleasantly surprised there was a generator on property. The code for the community pool was outdated but we were able to obtain the new code from a resident that at first thought we were cutting through the property to use the beach. New sign stated we needed wristbands but never got them. This may be a new policy. The house was clean but wish they had a King bed. Great Location but construction was happening in alot of houses around us so at times the trucks and pounding could be heard.

    Just a short walk to end of lane and beach access. Walking distance to bike rentals, grocery and restaurants. We appreciate that your rental was pet friendly.

    The property is nice but a bit dated and in need of an update. It is located in a nice community with private beach access and a small community pool. The community is toward the end of a dead end road, fairly quiet and about a mile from the shopping center. The beach is wide, gently sloping and very clean.
