Stayed Jul 22, 2022The home was very clean and well laid-out for our group of nine (5 adults and 4 young kids). The location is convenient to Harbourtown and the Lawton Stables. We'd love to stay here again!

Stayed Jul 3, 2022We really liked the house. It was very spacious and the neighborhood was quite and calm. I don’t have anything negative to say about this property. The only issue’s we had were with the high end appliances. We had to google to learn how to operate them. Lol. Will definitely book with them again. Thanks for making our trip a wonderful stay.

Stayed Jun 26, 2022This home in Sea Pines was great for proximity to grocery stores, both Harris Teeter and Publix were within 5 minutes; Harbor Town was a little over 15 min bike ride away: the beach access that we used was a 7 min bike ride; we saw many alligators in the waters along the bike path, we were able to bike about 3 min to the horse stables and see the beautiful horses at Lawton Stables; home was also near the Forest Preserve. We had seven people and were comfortable in this home. Loved using the screened in porch area as well.

Stayed Jun 23, 2022Really cute house! Bedrooms well spaced so you had a little privacy. Fairly recently remodeled. Lots of seating on the back porch and living room. Rental company only gave us one parking pass, when I asked for a second, because we had two cars, they said we can pay $22 a day at the gate for second (staying in Sea Pines). With all the fees attached I felt like we could at least get enough passes for two cars. But overall great home and great stay!

Stayed Jun 18, 2022The trip began by me receiving an email that said the dishwasher wasn't working and it would be repaired during our stay. I asked if the repair could happen at checkout. The property manager agreed. Check in was at 4pm. I received a text message at like 3:50pm that said the cleaners were not finished and it would take another hour. I wasn't please with being informed such a short time-frame, but I just said Ok. The enclosed porch would've been fine if the previous renters or cleaners hadn't left an incredible view of a ton of trash right next to it. That should have been removed, especially with the cleaning delay. I had to inform the property manager. The master is on the other floor, but has a huge glass in the middle of the wall, which means you have to get dressed in the bathroom. Curtains should be installed. Husband's and wives like to be intimate on their vacations without their kids seeing everything. The kitchen floors were not clean and mopped at all. Lastly, we had just finished horseback riding when we arrived and noticed that someone was parked in our designated spaces. The person was inside of the unit repairing the dishwasher that we asked to be completed after we checked out. We had personal belongings inside. That wasn't cool. We enjoyed Hilton Head and the location of the unit. I think we'll find another vrbo for next time

Stayed May 26, 2022This was an incredible house that I would rent again. I would give it more than 5 stars if it was possible. The house is very clean, the neighborhood is quiet and the house is located within walking distance of an equestrian park where my grandkids could visit the horses. There is a Publix close by for grocery needs and lots of shops and restaurants to choose from within a short ride of the house. The house is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking a full meal or baking. Just a heads up, you will need basic seasonings (salt and pepper), cooking spray, or oil for your pans for cooking or baking. The kitchen is amazing and I loved the upgraded appliances and all the space to make meals. The house is also located close by to Harbor town and to the famous Salty Dog Cafe. The 4 bedrooms had comfortable mattresses. The bathrooms had nice hot showers with great water pressure. The house has amazing a/c after a hot day at the beach it was very nice to come back to a cool house. I loved that the linens and towels were included and the house comes with basic starter accommodations, such as two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, dish soap for handwashing, laundry soap for one load, dishwasher soap for one load. The living room is a nice hang-out area. Large enough to accommodate my large family where we watched movies or played games at the kitchen table. We had 3 vehicles parked in the driveway but there is room for a 4th if needed. There is also a bike parking area. The beach we visited was Coligny beach which took us less than 5 minutes to drive there. It has free public parking across the street (but come early) it fills up quickly. This beach has water fountains outside for the kids to play in, changing rooms, showers, and public restrooms. We cannot wait to come back on our next family beach trip.
