8 Governors Lane is where southern charm meets modern comfort. This beautifully renovated and newly outfitted 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home offers a spacious, open floor plan, luxurious accomodations and a brand new pool and spa for the 2026 season!

The living area is comfortably furnished and offers a large Smart TV. The space extends to a sun room with additional plush seating, providing plenty of space for your family to lounge. Just beyond the sun room, you'll find a dedicated workspace- perfect for those on a working vacation.

The kitchen offers stainless appliances, marble counters and is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare meals with ease. Guests have their choice of dining spaces, including a formal dining area off the living room which seats 6, a breakfast table that also seats 6 and 3 plush bar stools at the kitchen island.

The main bedroom offers a king bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a large, tiled walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has a king bed and a Smart TV, while the second guest room has full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle and a Smart TV.

The elevated back deck is located off the sun room. This expansive deck offers a dining table with seating for 6 and a gas grill. Guests staying in 2026 will have the opportunity to experience the brand new heatable pool and spa!* (More photos to come.)

Guests of this Sea Pines Hilton Head rental can easily navigate the Sea Pines Hilton Head community by bike or by any of the walking trails. The Harbour Town area and beach are just 2 miles away- an easy bike or car ride.

Vehicle Policy: Sea Pines is a secured community and requires each vehicle to have a gate pass. Passes are charged per car per week; 17.00 per car per week.
