Nestled in the serene enclave of Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island, Otter Road 105 is your idyllic retreat for a memorable getaway. This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom dog-friendly home exudes warmth and comfort, perfectly accommodating up to six guests. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area designed for relaxation and entertainment with a wall-mounted Smart TV and game table.

The open-concept layout seamlessly flows into a dining space overlooking the pool area where you can savor meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. The updated kitchen features stainless appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, granite counters and a bar area with two plush bar stools. There is a small deck with a propane grill located off the kitchen for added convenience.

There are two additional guest bedrooms that share access to a full bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed and a Smart TV. The other bedrooms has a queen bed and a desk area for those on a working vacation.

Entertain friends and family on the expansive pool deck, complete with a comfortable sitting area and seperate dining area. Take a refreshing dip in the private pool, with seasonal pool heat available for an additional fee. Whether you're looking to explore the island or simply relax, this home provides all the amenities you need for a perfect vacation.

Vehicle Policy: Sea Pines requires each vehicle to have a gate/car pass. Car passes are $17.00 per car per week.

Pet Policy: This home is dog-friendly and allows 1 dog MAX; 25 lbs or less. If you are planning to bring your canine companion, there is an additional non-refundable fee of $225 per dog.
