Responsible pet etiquette is appreciated.
Tri-level with three bedrooms, two living areas and plenty of space. The main living area has a rear projector giving you the feeling you're at the movies. The property also has reverse cycle air conditioning, free WIFI and Netflix provided. The fully equipped kitchen has been completely renovated and fitted with a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and full cooking facilities. There is an internal laundry with a washing machine, dryer and second toilet. The dining area opens out onto the alfresco undercover dining area and gas BBQ, this property is perfect for families or couples, enjoy a casual walk on the beach, national park walkways or be more adventurous and try the sand dunes, camel rides or surf schools.
There is a double garage with internal access and room on the driveway for a boat and third vehicle, we also manage unit 1 so this is sensational for 2 larger families to be able to go away together but still have their own space.

This house was so well appointed and beautifully set out. Dog friendly beach at the end of the street. We spent our days at the beach and watching movies on the projector at nights. A great family getaway. Can't wait to go back again.

The house is perfectly located a minute away from the beach! You can hear the waves from the balcony. The house is on 3 levels and very well organised for 4 adults and 4 kids as well as our dogs. The kitchen lounge area opens up on the garden with big bifold doors and really allows for entertaining with 2 big tables. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and plenty of glasses / plates / mugs etc … . The oven is also very good as well as the appliances ( pop corn maker and slow cooker where also great). The garden is nicely done and the sitting area near the spa is lovely for relaxing with a book. The upstairs / media room is also great with an outside balcony overlooking the beach Awesome spot for sunsets !! There is only one bathroom upstairs ( which was not an issue for us) and a toilet in the laundry room . The bedroom with bunk beds is tight but our kids did not mind. The 2nd bedroom is a double bed so quite tight and cosy but comfortable , the 3rd bedroom is a queen bed and a bigger room . The garage is spacious and great to store bikes and boards . We struggled with the projector sound system and reported it to the property manager as well as the front keys that despite swapping did not open the front door but we managed and still had a great time. You are 20 mins by foot from the shops and 5 mins by car. This is a great house overall , really good value as well. We would stay there again !

A very open place with lots of space and in very close proximity of the beach. This property is great value for money. With cool amenities like a Jacuzzi and a Projector as examples. However, staying in summer, it was difficult to sleep at night as there were no air conditioners in the upper levels of the property. Other than that, this property is somewhere I would return to when I visit Port Stephens again.
Whether having a drink on the balcony while watching the sun set, or resting in the spa after a day at the beach, this house makes you feel like your on a holiday.
We wanted for nothing. Close to the beach. Beautiful garden retreat. A true cooks Kitchen. Everything was thought of really! The icing on the cake being able to bring our dog. He made so many friends! Really didn't want to come home Thank you
