Stayed Dec 26, 2025Sunset Manor was the best house we have stayed in the Emerald Coast area! The large kitchen was perfect for our group of 19, and the game area on the first floor was a great hangout for the kids. Our host was very responsive and while there were very few issues, he handled them very quickly. The proximity to the beach was also a plus. Highly recommended.

Stayed Nov 1, 2025The house is beautiful with a short walk to the beach. The swimming pool is heated and big enough for 11 adults. The elevator was awesome for taking things up to the kitchen and third floor bedrooms. We had a minor issue with the coffee pot and it was resolved immediately with a brand new coffee machine. We would definitely rent this house again.

The house is beautiful just like in the pictures. We had great communication with Coastal retreats and any minor issues were quickly resolved. Zero complaints and highly recommend!

Stayed Aug 9, 2025My family had a wonderful stay at Sunset Manor. The pool and patios were beautiful and well kept. Also, where we spent most of our time. The kitchen was absolutely gorgeous with more than enough space to host our entire family. We enjoyed all being in the kitchen together cooking as there are about 6 eyes on the stove and two ovens, which provided more than enough space for everyone to prep and cook simultaneously. The children especially enjoyed the games around the house and the pool! The access to the golf cart was very convenient for quick trips around the house. The private beach access was easy to navigate and the beach was absolutely stunning! We didn’t find the beach to be very crowded which was a plus. Everyone cried when we had to leave because we were having such a good time and that’s thanks in large parts to Alex and Coastal Retreats for providing such a great home and hospitality! Thanks for everything and we will keep Sunset Manor in our thoughts when planning future family vacations.

The amenities and access to the beach made our time pleasant and relaxing. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The pool area was amazing! We definitely would stay here again!

Stayed Jun 21, 2025This is a beautiful and well-appointed house which worked well for our large family group - ages 1 to 70! The pool was great, too, because it is large and has an ample shelf. Our beach access was within a short, easy walk. We ended up renting umbrellas and chairs on the beach which saved us the time and trouble of carrying them.

Stayed Jun 8, 2025The house is beautiful and spacious. The extra bunk room is simply just bed and a closet but was perfect for our 3 kids. The pool was larger and the outside entertainment area was wonderful! We did have minor maintenance issues which were addressed quickly and appropriately. The hot tub did not heat and we were quickly refunded the fee for heating as it was an equipment issue. The beach access for our home was a bit further than expected.Overall we had a wonderful trip and thoroughly enjoyed the home and location.

Stayed Apr 5, 2025Had a wonderful Spring Break at this property with 25 family members. The golf cart was a bigger hit than anticipated and was our primary way of transportation while staying in Miramar Beach. House had so many entertainment options which made overcast or weather impacted days not an issue with the children. Kitchen is well stocked. Had a minor maintenance issue when we arrived and the team responded within an hour to resolve and went above and beyond. Parking was sufficient for 5 personal vehicles. We made a couple suggestions on some administrative things that could be improved but they were also minor. Thank you so much! We would absolutely stay again.

Stayed Jan 31, 2025The home is absolutely beautiful. It’s in close proximity to beach. And it’s perfect for a large group. The home is equipped with everything that you would need and the golf cart is a great bonus. My only critique would be listed as eight bedrooms. The eighth bedroom is not really a bedroom. It’s more like a closet with twin beds because you can only have privacy via a curtain. We were traveling with a large group of adults only and mostly couples so that was a issue, but everything else was perfect.
