All rooms were clean. Bathrooms were clean. Front and back porch was very useful!Bedrooms could use a mirror. Kitchen could use more glassware; wineglasses, iced tea size.Entry steps were a little sketchy; very shallow tread, but just have to be careful!Fridge needs some door tuneups: freezer door doesn't close without a good push, loose handle on fridge.Beachside screen door needs new closer/catch. Light over the dining table would be nice for cards, games.

Great views great property had everything you needed. Definitely could update the floors. Kitchen was a little small, but beds were comfortable and everything was amazing.

Great time for our family, first time at the Lodge and first time with Tidelife rentals...although we have vacationed on PI for over 40 years.The house was a perfect size. Loved the porches, access to the beach and creek with limited stairs. Underneath great, too although a few available, stackable plastic chairs would be good. Kitchen small, but we knew this and made it work. (4 - adults, 3 children, and nummerous family members visiting) Stocked well with the exception of crab tongs (crabbing was very good). We donated a pair to the drawer after we had our first crab pinch EVER! Reserved for next year. Would like 1 more twin bed/daybed, but I don't know where it could be located. Thank you Tidelands.p.s. I could live on your office porch and inside. Silly video, but did make me laugh and it was informative.

Professional, friendly staff. Very helpful. Would have absolutely no desire to change!!!
