Sunset Island townhome with 3 balconies, AC, WiFi, & pools - walk to beach

Great home in a terrific location! The house was very spacious and well-kept. The common space in particular was great for hosting a large group. Our group got a ton of use out of the clubhouse and the private beach is beautiful to see the sunset from. Definitely check out the in-neighborhood ice cream shop!

We stayed for a work trip for 3 weeks and it was a great place for the team.

The house was spacious. It was plenty big enough for 8 of us. But the rental company and/or cleaning company does nothing to help with the cleanliness or simple maintenance. I am still waiting on a call back from multiple phone calls I left during the week. The cleaning and overall upkeep of the unit was an absolute disgrace. Our family spent much of the first day cleaning everything in order to make it livable. I can only assume a previous renter had some type of party in the unit. The cabinets still had drinking games in them, and we found beer pong ping pong balls shoved into one of the flowers! Every shower needed to be bleached from all the mildew and grime build up. We quickly found out that there were no cleaning supplies for us to use which prompted a grocery store trip. Then we found the only vacuum in the house was completely busted. We did call the help line for Vacasa for maintenance issues and the cleaning issues. None of which prompted a return call.

Comfortable spacious condo and convenient location. Beautiful property with a variety of amenities

This home sits in a great neighborhood but it needs a lot of tending to. Home is beautiful but Vacasa does not tend to it. We reached out for 4 days from the first day we got there and maintenance never showed up. We were never able to get the lock box opened for the keys and had to go in and out through the garage for 10days. There’s also no lights outback of the garage. The outdoor shower was broken, none of the balcony doors locked, there were broken chairs, not enough dressers to store your clothes, one of the bedrooms with bunk beds smelled strongly of urine, the vacuum was broken so we couldn’t use it, there was an old broom that barely worked but no dust pan. We would highly recommend staying on sunset island but not in this home. It’s a very nice house but not kept up.

Truly, this house went beyond our expectations. I was a little skeptical when I booked due to the negative reviews sprinkled here and there. But I’m not sure why there were any. The amenities and location alone are well worth it. Just a heads up though since I didn't know ahead of time, if you have a party of 6 or more people, you will have to buy extra pool/ gym passes. They are $70 pp. we needed up just splitting the family up on pool days. Wasn’t too big of a deal but we weren’t spending the extra for more passes. Overall, truly an amazing place.

Was a little disappointed, outside shower did not work,refrigerator leaked water and when we made Vacasa aware there was nothing done about it. would have thought with all the sand from the beach that a outdoor shower with be a priority. Just a inconvenience with the children.

I liked the conveniences in the area, and the size of the home. The pool was nice. The vents have not been cleaned in months, the one mattress cover was ripped, no bureaus in 3 of the bedrooms, no TP in the house, 3 trash bags for a week. $6,700 I would expect a more comfortable stay with at least 1 roll of TP in each bathroom to start. The Vacas check-in process was horrible, closing the office from 11 to 3 PM, everyone lined up, started letting people in and then told everyone to get out. People at the end of the line then snuck in the front of the line as they set up a table. Then announced your rentals may not be ready due to cleaning behind schedule. Our 4 PM check-in and still cleaners there, did not get into the house until 6:30. I will be contacting Vacasa. Our AC broke also most likely due to every vent needing to be cleanted.

Great location and size was perfect for our family. Kitchen supplies were fully stocked. Clean. Had some beach toys but no beach chairs for use.
